The apar**ent house is in the old town. There is limited free parking space around, you need to be lucky. Reception is friendly and helpful. A narrow stairway led up to our room. A nice modern clean room with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. It is quiet. There is a table with two chairs. Internet works reasonably well. From here it is very easy to explore the old town, not more than ten minutes to walk to the other end. Good value for money.

Rooms were really nice and clean. Staff was really kind. Only negative thing is, there isn't parking space, even it's mentioned there is.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apar**ent is located close to the Sea Organ yet tucked away from the busy streets. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed, even a small kitchen. The owner communicated very well and gave us a map with favorite restaurant and sites to visit. We were able to park for free just outside the place. (Not guaranteed but it worked out for us!) We will stay here again on our next visit!

The owner couple are very kind people. I got a parking penalty due to my mistake, but they kindly solved it perfectly. Thank you for leaving good memories of Zadar.

Parking was so terrible and risky to drive around. This place is not recommended for people w cars. Stairs are so steep and sleepery, my husband fell off the staircases.

We liked the location. It had a neighborhood feel and easy walking distance to many attractions, like the Sea Organ. There are many church's in the surrounding area, so bells can be heard regularly.

The apar**ent was perfectly located in Old Town Zadar. Vera, our wonderful host, came to meet us to help us with parking. She then gave us a thorough overview of places to see, eat and relax. Her advice for us was spot on - I guess she knew what she was talking about with her 50ish years of living there. The apar**ent had everything we expected and hearing the church bells on Sunday morning was memorable! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Zadar!
