Great location at the wall of the old town. Secure parking. On site restaurant. Breakfast included. Staff very friendly and helpful.

My overall score would have been higher if I had received a response from the hotel regarding an item of clothing I left there. I knew most of the staff spoke no English, this was not a problem we spoke basic spanish. But when I call them to ask about the forgotten item, I was told that someone would call me back, it didn't happen. I also tried contacting them through the ********* app and received no response. I hope the hotel sees this review and contacts me. Overall the stay was good, the food and service in the restaurant is good too. The staff are friendly and helpful. My husband and I travel south at Chris**as and we stayed in the hotel on the start of our journey and on our return. I would like to return to the hotel again but only if my messages are returned.

I stayed for 2 days. The staff was extremely friendly. Good value for money, I would love to stay in this hotel again if I ever visit Zafra again.

Lovely little hotel. Great food. The staff were
very welcoming and the room had a balcony
overlooking the garden and Zafra.
The perfect stop-over.

Beautiful clean Hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Restaurant service was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly.

La chambre qui m’a été donnée était froide et avait une très mauvaise odeur d’évacuations. Le petit déjeuner est très décevant.
