我們住在加拿大 我們是想六月十六至十八入住 預訂後不知道為什麼會改變成五月十六至十八 我們聯繫trip 告知搞錯日子了 想修改日子 但遺憾的是酒店不修改 讓我們rebook正確日子 仍然不取消錯誤預訂 賺昧心錢 太差勁了👎 不能上星

We booked this hotel in the belief that it was a four star all inclusive for several family groups to stay at whilst over for a wedding. Whilst the staff were very friendly, the hotel falls far short of being a four star. The room was okay, however the bathroom was very small and if a larger person tried to fit in the small space where the toilet is they would struggle. The toilet was so high off the ground that my feet could not reach the floor whilst I was sat on the toilet. I am 168cm tall so this should not have been an issue. The bathroom stunk of sewerage the whole time despite us complaining several times. There was regularly either no hot water or the water went between freezing and scalding in the shower. Also, when you take a shower the whole bathroom floods so every time you use the toilet afterwards you get wet feet. Other people in our group had more modern bathrooms, however still had the issues with the smell and water temperature. The food at the all inclusive was very poor and the drinks were quite frankly bloody awful. The cocktails were disgusting and made with very cheap ingredients. One of my great enjoyments on a holiday is having a nice cocktail, but even the gin and tonic was awful. I barely drank all week. This is very overpriced for what it is and at best should be rated 2 1/2 stars. The whole of our wedding group (over 30) of us all felt the same.

The hotel was so close to the beach just a few min and also close to the main ***** where you can find bars and restaurants. The food was variety and tasty. The rooms are clean and tidy, every day cleaning rooms and they changed towels. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Elsa , always smiling and ready to help you. Would recommend this hotel and come back again

The holiday was booked with TUI I wanted twin beds for my daughter and myself. we were given a super king and a very small single, I did complain and asked to be moved only to be told there were no rooms with twin beds every room was the same I felt cheated and lied to. Its very important we have separate beds due to health issues . i wouldn't have booked that hotel if i'd known the truth. also felt ripped off paying about £200 extra for a superior room seems the only difference in rooms was the size of the beds. there was quiet a few people complaining they had booked a twin room. I will never use TUI again. the holiday was spoilt for us. The hotel is in a good location and is very clean staff are friendly and helpful. there's plenty off choice at meal times. not much entertainment on a night and what was on not very good

Just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely hotel..staff are wonderful and friendly,there is always a selection of foods for everyone,the pool area is always clean.the only thing is the drinks would be better from a pump than out of bottles as pple don’t always put the lid back on which was leaving the drinks flat!! The beach is only a 5/10 minute walk away it’s usually a lovely beach but this time around we couldn’t go in the sea due to a build up of seaweed etc this was probably due to the time of year and weather. Shops are also a 5 minute walk away,if you enjoy watching planes go the airport cafe where you can sit upstairs and watch them arrive and take off,lovely food drink and staff there also. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and we will definitely be back.

The restaurant staff are fantastic , Brian , Amarildo and Maria were the 3 that really took the time and interacted with us ,made us feel very welcome and well looked after. The food was good and the place is clean . Room was a great size and loved the pool.

Very nice hotel, a few steps to the beach. Pleasant beach. The hotel was clean and well-kept. There are activities every evening, you won't be bored. Clean restaurant with delicious food. Everyone will find something for himself. The dishes can surprise you. The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Bruna, who makes this hotel unique with her presence. Smiling and very helpful. Special thanks to her, we will definitely come back.

Second visit to this hotel and it really is like a home from home for us. Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean at all times. The choice of food and drink on offer is amazing. Pool areas are always clean and tidy. But most of all the staff make your day by always smiling and saying hello, they are so welcoming and always willing to help. We have already booked for our 3rd trip. Jem & Lesley.

The staff are very friendly & the food is good.the rooms are dated & could do with updating & painting. it has 2 pools but only one has lifeguard on duty & the one that doesn’t has frogs swimming in it in the morning.the hotel rates itself 4 star but I think it more 3 star. also on arrival you have to pay tourist tax & this hotel only accepts cash which as it classes itself 4 star is 7 euros a night if it was as classed in the brochure 3 star iris 3 euros a night
