Hotel from hell. Don’t even bother coming here. I read the reviews before but chose to ignore them but I wish I never. Food is genuinely disgusting. Rooms are falling apart. Security guard is the worst will physically assault you if you talk after 11PM in the hotel it’s like Aushwitz. Himself and the other guy that works at the bar with the goatee punched and pushed most of myself and friends during a week stay aswell as storming into our rooms in the early morning if he heard any of us talking to eachother. Hotel should be shut down seriously worst place on earth. Only decent thing going is the pool area. Pool bar is ok food and drink although very weak and watery. JET2 need to take this off their website seriously worst place in the world and ruined what could’ve been a good lads holiday. If that’s what your looking for magaluf instead.

Booked this cheap holiday with my friends and wasn’t expecting much, we got what we payed for. Food was average so we tried to eat out, bar was good and so were the staff behind the bar. Some of the staff behind reception were nice, some looked tired of their job such as the man on night shift and he was quite rude, but he had enough drunk people to deal with to be fair to him. Security guard was rude and struggled to understand English so often thought we were doing something bad but we weren’t. This didn’t bother us that much however, but what did was the cleaners. They came into the room without knocking at all and they made our bed only half the time and they didn’t really claw if I’m honest. One thing I noticed different about my room after I came back was that I had 10 euros missing off the table which I knew I left on there ( silly mistake I know) . I am certain the cleaner took it. They also couldn’t speak any English so was hard communicating with them. I didn’t bother going to reception either as they wouldn’t believe me. Felt like you had to pay an extra for everything as-well. The beds themselves were fairly comfortable and my favorite part of the hotel was the pool, specifically the smaller rectangular one which tended to be quieter, the only problem being you had to walk around the other side of the hotel to get a drink from the bar. Overall, we had a good experience minus the loss of cash off the table, although I will certainly not be returning

Don't take any notice of the bad reviews this place is fine we are still here and the pool restaurant and the rooms are very good we have a massive balcony and the rooms are very spacious and clean the drink is as good as anywhere and the food is lovely plenty of choice shops and bars restaurants very near overall I would come back

I’m here at the moment with my daughter. We are having a fabulous time, the weather is amazing!! Our room is spotless, we paid extra for air con which is definitely needed. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. We have no complaints about the food, there is lots of choice and every meal has been very tasty. The resort is full of youngsters who are enjoying themselves. Very noisy but lovely watching people having so much fun. If you want a quiet relaxing place I would suggest you book somewhere different. It can get quite loud in the early hours due to the young ones coming back from clubbing but I slept like a log and it hasn’t bothered me one bit. Our holiday was very reasonable and we have not been disappointed with anything. I can’t understand some of the bad reviews to be honest. We were a little bit worried after booking because of the negative reviews but we are definitely pleasantly surprised. I would definitely return. We are going home in a couple of days and safe to say I’m gutted!!! Well done to all the staff here and thank you for everything.

Great place to stay, 2nd time visited this hotel and had a great time, the room was lovely and the staff really nice, cleaner, bar staff, restaurant and front desk all very helpfull and if we wanted anything just asked, We just did not want to go home been back a week and just want to go back. Will definitely go back again. Just one little problem not sure if it was hotels or they rent some off ther car park out was the quad bikes, every evening for a couple of hours the noise and fumes was bad. Tracy and George

The hotel itself was alright , you get what you pay for and it’s cheap so take that as you please 😂 the bathrooms are shocking with no ends of problems for the toilets - the security guard is extremely strict but fair , if you keep the noise to a zero when you walk in you will have no problem - only one lady behind the reception ( don’t know her name but she’s a younger lady who speaks good English) , she is very respectful and helpful without complaining at all. However , all the other reception staff are rude and seem annoyed when they have to help you. The food is very bland and not great so I’d eat out. The people behind the bar are really nice and we made good friends with Andrew , a really nice bloke and happy to do his job. There are two pools , the one near the outside bar isn’t great and way to full , use the other pool on the restaurant side. The cleaners will randomly walk into your room if u don’t lock your room so lock it !! Mate had his money nicked off his side. Overall it’s a very very basic hotel , has pros and cons but more cons. This is our second time coming to this hotel we came last year for 3 nights and it was amazing food is average to none, but a great holiday this year round we have stayed for 7 nights and it been an alright stay for most the week however the last day my friend came up in flea/ bedbug bites all over her leg in a pattern, swollen and bloody. Which were not mosquito bites, the sheets hadn’t been changed since the day we got here as there was a blood stain on the second day, towels not changed overall on this the room had been cleaned once in 7 days which is disgusting! so we decided to complain, we were nice about it however the lady at reception was snappy and not understanding of any of this she was great with the sheets asked us if we wanted sheets changing we said yes, but tried to tell us the flea/bedbug bites were allergy’s or an allergic reaction which I’ve had plenty of and I know what they look like which isn’t the case. So not happy with the way we were spoken to. Just to add a little on the security guy he has a job I understand that however he’s climbing walls on to the second floor, if a customer was to do that he would grab them by the neck and scream at them which we witnessed he did with a different situation.

we came here on a group holiday until the last day where one of our friends woke up with flea bites all over her . we went down to the reception and the lady was not understood so just said it’s allergies (non of us have allergies) she was rude and just seemed like she’s don’t want to hear what we had to say . And we haven’t had fresh towels all week expect from the first and our sheets hadn’t been changed once because there was a stain on the sheets from the first day we got there

Absolute ****hole of a hotel, no sleep for 5 nights, food basic, cleaning terrible, no towels or clean bedding, youngsters arguing at 5am threatening to stab each other, screaming and shouting banging on people's doors, music blaring all night. No rules here
