Great place to stay, 2nd time visited this hotel and had a great time, the room was lovely and the staff really nice, cleaner, bar staff, restaurant and front desk all very helpfull and if we wanted anything just asked, We just did not want to go home been back a week and just want to go back. Will definitely go back again. Just one little problem not sure if it was hotels or they rent some off ther car park out was the quad bikes, every evening for a couple of hours the noise and fumes was bad. Tracy and George

The hotel itself was alright , you get what you pay for and it’s cheap so take that as you please 😂 the bathrooms are shocking with no ends of problems for the toilets - the security guard is extremely strict but fair , if you keep the noise to a zero when you walk in you will have no problem - only one lady behind the reception ( don’t know her name but she’s a younger lady who speaks good English) , she is very respectful and helpful without complaining at all. However , all the other reception staff are rude and seem annoyed when they have to help you. The food is very bland and not great so I’d eat out. The people behind the bar are really nice and we made good friends with Andrew , a really nice bloke and happy to do his job. There are two pools , the one near the outside bar isn’t great and way to full , use the other pool on the restaurant side. The cleaners will randomly walk into your room if u don’t lock your room so lock it !! Mate had his money nicked off his side. Overall it’s a very very basic hotel , has pros and cons but more cons. This is our second time coming to this hotel we came last year for 3 nights and it was amazing food is average to none, but a great holiday this year round we have stayed for 7 nights and it been an alright stay for most the week however the last day my friend came up in flea/ bedbug bites all over her leg in a pattern, swollen and bloody. Which were not mosquito bites, the sheets hadn’t been changed since the day we got here as there was a blood stain on the second day, towels not changed overall on this the room had been cleaned once in 7 days which is disgusting! so we decided to complain, we were nice about it however the lady at reception was snappy and not understanding of any of this she was great with the sheets asked us if we wanted sheets changing we said yes, but tried to tell us the flea/bedbug bites were allergy’s or an allergic reaction which I’ve had plenty of and I know what they look like which isn’t the case. So not happy with the way we were spoken to. Just to add a little on the security guy he has a job I understand that however he’s climbing walls on to the second floor, if a customer was to do that he would grab them by the neck and scream at them which we witnessed he did with a different situation.

we came here on a group holiday until the last day where one of our friends woke up with flea bites all over her . we went down to the reception and the lady was not understood so just said it’s allergies (non of us have allergies) she was rude and just seemed like she’s don’t want to hear what we had to say . And we haven’t had fresh towels all week expect from the first and our sheets hadn’t been changed once because there was a stain on the sheets from the first day we got there

Absolute ****hole of a hotel, no sleep for 5 nights, food basic, cleaning terrible, no towels or clean bedding, youngsters arguing at 5am threatening to stab each other, screaming and shouting banging on people's doors, music blaring all night. No rules here

Couldn’t fault it tbh from start to finish, we got a room on the top floor which looked like it’s been recently refurbished & was very nicely done, had some small issues with no hot water but everything was addressed and fixed instantly, the staff went above and beyond all friendly & helpful, didn’t expect the room tax in cash but that’s every hotel so can’t complain, you have to pay for aircon and safe, the food was very limited the first few days but as the week went on the hotel became busy and was buffet food on and was always something to eat. You can’t complain for the price, sound location, only had 1 issue with drunk kid couple arguing and fighting at 4am one morning but hotel staff was quick to sort out. Don’t take bad reviews on. 2 of my friend stopped in the white olive elite 5 star 60 yard from this hotel and their experience was far far worse than this one and it was a posh hotel. I am here at the moment . Rooms are OK nothing fancy . Staff are lovely very friendly . Food is basic very basic nothing special it's easier to go to restaurant for a decent meal but you get what you pay for. Locals tell you it does not have a good reputation. Lessons learned . Would I come back .No

Will never go back to this hotel again. Rooms are not like in the photo, had to ask for clean towels you then got a dirty look from the cleaner, that’s if you can call them cleaners all they did was mop the floor in our room and made the beds. They did not clean the bathroom once in the week we was there. The beds are hard and found it hard to sleep on. The food was awful if you like chicken every nite you are ok. The waiting staff are so miserable when you ask for something they walk away. The morning manager was lovely could not help you enough. But the hotel manager had one big attitude. There are dogs & cats all over the place and do there business anywhere. There was always a long queue for the bar at the pool side and only one person behind it. There was only one nite of entrainment so had to go to the bars outside of the hotel. The shower was dirty and the water had no where to go which made me fall and hurt myself. The little man in the shop was lovely always ready to help. We had no air con as they wanted 70.00 euros for the week so we had to sleep with the doors open.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews We are currently staying here myself & 3 kids, 28, 17 & 11 and I was worried prior to travel We have a family room, bedding was clean, shower hot and air con works albeit noisy. Yes you pay extra for these but that’s what happens in Greece. The food is as you’d expect. We have all found things to eat plenty of salad, chips, pasta, different meats & fish. The all inclusive drinks are watered down but again this is a budget hotel not 5 star & you can buy alcohol cheap enough in the shops This is a lively hotel and a lot of young people but this means there’s fun round the pool and music The pool area is washed down every morning as it can get s bit messy by the end of the day Our room hasn’t been broken into but we payed for a safety box and used our common sense, carrying out money with us at all times. Yes main reception have our passports but again I’m used to this. This is a budget hotel and we paid a good cheap price, if you want peace & quiet and 5 star luxury this isn’t the hotel for you. Please don’t be put off by bad reviews I think these are from people with no common sense and not understanding what some Greek hotels are like
