Had to pay extra for air conditioning and WiFi,staff were rude when asked for more towels(we had the same 2 towels for 7 days- cleaners didt empty bins for the length of our stay,one of the beds didt have a sheet,balcony furniture was broken and dangerous the shower was so close to the bathroom and would flood after each use wouldn’t recommend at all avoid at all costs

Do not come… The hotel is all but good. Rooms are not spacious, squeaqy beds, charging for AC without telling you,furniture is falling apart, no space in the bathroom either. Reception staff is rude. Not worth being called a hotel. Really bad experience all around!!

We arrived at the hotel and straight away had to pay room tax, which you’d think is a normal process, however, they would only accept cash and would not give a receipt. When speaking to other hotel guests, it seems like they’re charging people different amounts per night. We then got taken to our room and it was in an awful state. The toilet seat was broken, dirty bed sheets, toe/finger nails on the floor, the sink and cupboards had dirt all over, the shower didn’t have a shower curtain or shower head holder and we had no hot water. We went out on the balcony and my partner sat down on a chair, which just completely collapsed. A member of staff came to our room to ask if we needed anything and I showed her the dirt and damages and her response was “oh” and then she left. The pictures on love holidays are not as advertised at all. It shows that the hotel has water slides, when in fact the slides are all fallen apart and fenced off. This is a 3 star hotel so I’m not expecting the Ritz but there is no excuse for the cleanliness. I made a complaint to the hotel and their customer service was a joke. They would not take any responsibility for any of this, even with picture proof. All they were concerned about is that we “broke a chair and didn’t pay for it”. They stated that we are just complaining to make some money. The only good thing about this hotel was the all inclusive bar. There was no buffet as they advertised, however, they did make all our food fresh whenever we asked for something to eat. The staff there were brilliant but they’re not actually part of the hotel apparently. Would never return here and do not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely shocking place DO NOT PAY TO STAY HERE PLEASE AVOID this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the place is not safe my clothes were stolen please take this seriously do not stay here, the staff were rude and arrogant and blamed me for the cleaners stealing my stuff, I have stayed in lots of hotels and this one is by far the worst so please take my advise and do not stay here, note to the staff at this hotel - staff you are a joke and I pity you for working in such a dump, if it makes you feel special to work here and be such clowns then carry on, this is what makes you feel important then what a sad life live,

Perfect for lads holiday,Saw this for £300 for hotel + flights so couldn’t say no. Was sceptical after reading reviews but was a good clean hotel, with a good pool and a good vibe. The ***** was about a 15-20min walk but was far enough you couldn’t hear anything at night. You had to pay for aircon but was ice cold and was a fair price.

Worst hotel. Terrible customer service, rude and argumentative staff. Had to pay extra for WiFi (per person) and air conditioning, which is not made aware of. Cleaning staff are awful. Unlocking and walking into the room when all was sleeping. Also repeatedly knocking until someone answered. Unsafe beds covered in mould (especially top bunk, ours didn’t’ have any steps in the ladder and no railing to stop people falling off). We had lots of stuff go “missing” including bags and jewellery. When asked reception about “missing” items they replied saying it was our fault for leaving it in the room. No places so keep safe items.

Get what u pay for - it’s a bed and a shower. The cleaners are insane. They bang on your doors for 20 minutes every morning until you answer. I left my door unlocked one night so my friend could get back in and woke up to 2 cleaners at the end of my bed. This is insane considering I wasn’t clothed and am a young girl which is CRAZY in my opinion. You have to pay extra if you want WiFi or air con. It’s cheap but it’s what you expect

Okay let's start with the positives about this hotel. The pool is spot on decent size and clean, drinks are a huge W, about 15 minute walk to the stip/beach and the restaurant across the road (achilles) and mostly everyone is friendly big L for the receptionist and owner. That's it. Now for the bad news, beds are rock solid and covered with bed bugs got bit every night, ants are everywhere, rooms wasn't cleaned properly just made the beds didnt change the sheets, witnessed cleaning ladies steal from another room when we walked by so don't leave your valuables out, 50 euro deposit which you might not get back, 60 for air-con which doesn't work and 10 euro for WiFi which definitely doesn't work. Food was the worst I've seen for a hotel same stuff every day which was pasta and chips , breakfast was ham and cheese toasties, boiled eggs mostly reheated and sausage so don't go all inclusive and dont be fooled by the pictures online. Give this sh*t hole a 2*
