Sole e Mare Apartments

Sole e Mare is a lovely well kept row of self catering studio apar**ents up in the hill of Tsilivi and over looks the bay. The apar**ents are clean and have everything you need for a self catering holiday. Dennis the owner is always there if you need him for any issues. From the moment I booked the apar**ent till I left to fly back he was there ensuring all went to plan and I would like to thank him for being a very considerate host. When I opened the balcony doors to my apar**ent and my first view was a feel that you where on holiday and the apar**ents have an amazing view of the island of Kefalona and the bay of Tsilivi. It was lovely having ether breakfast or evening dinner watching the boats go by. The room is spacious and a lot of storage space for your clothes and luggage. There is a safe for your passport etc. Nice size TV however the channels are what you expect on holiday and we only had the BBC news on for the updates on the death of our Queen. The kitchen is open planned as a studio room would suggest and there is a cooking ring and all the amenities to cook a meal. The position of the Apar**ents can put some off as its on top of a hill but the walk to and from ( with a help of a taxi or two) town is well worth the view you wouldn't get if you was in town staying. I would totally recommend the Sole e Mare Apar**ents for two things. View and the Host.

Sole E Mare Apar**ents are situated in a great location. The hosts are lovely and super helpful. The apar**ents have everything you need for a family and are great value for money. We had a sea view apar**ent and it was wonderful eating breakfast out on the balcony every morning with great views! Free WiFi. TV not great for picking up UK channels but we didn’t care as we didn’t visit the island to watch TV! It’s a short 5-10 min walk down the hill to the nearest shop (Alex Supermarket- lovely owners) which stocks the typical needs. Tsilivi beach only 8 mins walk down the hill. If you walk further along the beach to The Lifetime beach bar (our favourite - really nice staff, great food, and cheaper than others), there are no pebbles / rocks, and the water is shallow and calm - perfect for kids. Tsilivi town only 15 mins walk down the hill - great restaurants and evening entertainment.

Spacious apar**ent with big rooms and cosy beds, fully equipped kitchen and a nice view. The whole area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for families or couples who want to relax. The owners were very friendly and helpful, they even gave as fresh fruit and eggs for my daughter. We definitely recommend it!
