Hello everyone, I don't normally leave reviews but for this I have to. The hotel and its facility's were brilliant and felt very safe and secure whilst having the best time. But MOST IMPORTANTLY the Bar Staff were absolutely brilliant, in particular, Poppy, Antonia. These two lovely girls had the best service and really made our holiday. They and Eggla, whose food was amazing deserve so much praise for doing fantastic job. Because of the staff I will definitely be traveling back again. They deserve all the PRAISE!!!!

So, we checked in and we were taken to a room in a block away from the main hotel . Unfortunately the block had very loud guests ( lads, girls) with no respect for other guests whatsoever. We informed Petros ( Peter) and o guess the lady who was the manager . They wrote to the loud guests with warning letters. This made no difference. So , these amazing pair , upgraded us to a superior room away from the noise and gave us complimentary aircon . They were so helpful and we are very grateful. They have a hard job dealing with these sort of people and I take my hat off to them , they work exceptionally hard under quite challenging conditions sometimes. Bravo them .. would also say , food good , service good and excellent location . Thank you again . 😊

Very clean room, food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The superior rooms were very modern and up to date, with nice décor, but the standard rooms were still nice and well kept. Air Con' is an additional charge, so budget for that in main season. Amazing value for money, budget costs 4* service.

Just returned from an 11 night stay here. Arrived 29th May with my partner and our 3 year old daughter. Towards the end of our stay the hotel became busier with younger (and louder) guests but this is to be expected in Laganas at the height of the season. The hotel itself was nice, our room was spacious, and perfectly comfortable. The food was good, the main restaurant had plenty of choice and then a second restaurant had theme nights, we went to Mexican night and BBQ night. They also provide entertainment nights such as Greek dancing and a fire show which we enjoyed. It was our 7th time in Laganas but our first at this hotel and I would definitely return. The location is good, less than 5 minutes from the beach, the food is good, the facilities are good. It seemed to get a little busy with the party crowd but the staff are exceptional. Security clamped down on noise during the night, Petrose on reception is the most welcoming and helpful and seemed to know everything, nothing was any trouble. Poppy and Antonia in the open bar were lovely, as was the cleaner whose name I didn't get. I have to mention Mira, she works in the restaurant and is one of the nicest people you could meet

Zante Plaza Hotel is located off the main ***** and easy walking distance to the beach. The hotel is reasonably priced but it concentrates on the basics, which it does well. The management expect a lot from the staff so they are extremely hardworking and very friendly. The food is very good for an all inclusive with various meat offerings, fresh salad, vegetables, fruit and bread and pastries. The food is tasty and everyone should be able to find something to their liking. The guests are a mix of couples, families and groups. High season would probably attract a younger noisier crowd but that is no reflection of the hotel, its just the nature of Laganas. The 3 accommodation buildings that make up the hotel each have their own pool and are all within 50yds of each other. The main restaurant caters for all mealtimes and the theme restaurant serves snacks and theme dinners. The room was basic but cleaned regularly and the bed was comfy. We didn't mind paying extra for air con as the holiday was extremely reasonable. Staff here are great, they work hard without complaint and are always polite and friendly. The hotel is held in high regard locally, even other locals saying the hotel are good people. If we return to Laganas we will definitely come back to the hotel and I wish them every continued success.

Ignore the bad reviews me and my friend had a great time All staff were friendly and chatty Food was very good as was the drinks wine not to my taste but had preseco which was great pools good but as went in may bit cold Rooms comfy and cleaned most days. Think in summer months would be noisy and full of younger people

I cannot thank this resort enough! The entertainment was on point, the food was incredible and the staff, nothing was too much trouble! They all went above and beyond. Poppy and Antonia stood out massively along with the receptionist due to their outstanding customer service. They danced, laughed and still were able to provide all hotel guests with exactly what they needed. Thank you for giving me the best Hen! You made it super special! We’re be back! Maybe for a chilled one next time ;)

Came as a group of 18 ladies on a hen trip. From the moment we arrived the staff were accommodating and so nice. Some of our party didn’t arrive till the following day but the ensured we were all together. The entertainment was good. We were in the apartments and the bar staff were amazing showing us how to Greek dance and joining in with our hen party games lol. Food was plentiful and really nice drinks were ok to. All in all I would recommend this hotel. Big shout out to Poppy and Antonia absolutely brilliant xxx

What can I say but this hotel was amazing! Very clean and looked after and the food is amazing! The staff are so friendly and welcoming specially Poppy and Antonia they were outstanding! Brilliant entertainment and close to shops, beach and night life. Thank you for a lovely stay will definitely be coming back.
