整體不錯，離海灘不遠，也可以在酒店户外泳池游泳，早餐很豐盛，不過酒店位置手機沒信號，需要連酒店wifi。

總體設施不錯。但酒店提供的旅遊諮詢服務欠缺： 入住4 天，天氣不好，雨天風大，酒店外出船衹停航，酒店衹提供他們自己的服務，問及附近有沒有飯店或者其他，一概不知/ 或者不説。4 天衹能在灑店呆著。其實不然，最後一天酒店附近走10 分鐘就是很多歺館和旅行相關的出海，Horse ride， car tour， jet tour .... 非常熱鬧的

地理位置優越，房間很大很舒服，離海灘也很近，酒店服務態度也好。泳池裡貼心準備了各種游泳圈，體驗感非常好。

We arrived after a very quick flight from Gatwick on Saturday 11th May. On arrival we found the reception team waiting for us with a great smile and a cool drink. Suitcases were taken by a lovely local male, can’t remember he’s name but I Knick named him South London boy!! He’s English was so south London made us both chuckle, really charming and took our bags to our room. Once we checked in that only took a few minutes, a lovely lady took us to our room, really big and bright with a very clean bathroom, only point I would make, I have long thick hair take your own hairdryer as the one supplied is fitted in the bathroom and cuts out every 5 mins for heat reasons. But no problem if you ring down to reception they brought one up to me within 5mins. Bags delivered so we changed into swimwear and went around the pool, they have two very good size pools, one for Adults only, both pools were immaculate both were sparkling, they were on the cold side but once in very refreshing.the gardens are so well tended to, everywhere is spotless. We only had bed and breakfast as we know this area and both enjoy going out to different restaurants, but what we heard from other guests they all said the food was lovely. Our breakfast on the outside terrace was great, very good omelettes made to order by a really polite young man. The selection suited everyone and the bread was delicious. So my overhaul verdict is, give this hotel a go. Staff, room, food, and surroundings are all top quality. And just far enough out of town to not hear the noise. We will be returning and have recommended this to family and friends.

We choose to stay here the week of our wedding. The hotel was beautiful, modern, clean, and the food was really tasty. I will echo others on pricey drinks but they were pretty good! However, what made this experience for us was the staff. From the minute we arrived nothing was too much. We wouldn't usually take our children to a spa hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect from the staff, but everyone was chatty and playful and the kids had a wonderful time. On the day of our wedding we were given a grand suite for the bridal party to get prepared in. When we returned that evening our room had been decorated beautifully. I was genuinely blown away by the service, it was just perfect. Thank you so much to all the staff. You really made our week.

Thank you to your amazing team i.e Kristof , and a big shout out to Dennis who made us feel like we were a family member returning home.The food was exceptional and always a different change of food every night . The sun loungers were the comfiest and best ever around the pool .The hotel room with whirlpool bath was lovely , and so comfy beds and pillows.

Located a 10 min stroll from the busy Planos centre our hotel was in a quiet, peaceful part of Tivoli which was great for us. Only 100 metres to the beach. Staying half board in a suite which was spotless and cleaned, serviced at least twice a day, we had a turn down service and fresh fruit and bottled water every day. The food was excellent and despite being a fussy eater there was a large choice at every sitting. Served buffet style the staff were excellent and clearly enjoyed working here and with each other. The pool area was good with a bar and smaller snack bar with pools for toddlers. The hotel lobby area has comfortable seating and nice atmosphere to enjoy a drink and relax. The bar stays open late but despite being above it, noise was never an issue. The air con is really good and kept our room perfect for sleeping. Bathroom was really spacious and kept well stocked with products and towels. Right next door is a car rental business which we used and only 50€ per day including full insurance. We would have liked a guide to hotel facilities but found on our last night a TV channel that probably has all the details. All staff were very polite and approachable and were a credit to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
