I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. Whilst I loved being out of town with great views, it was often a 30-45 minute walk to get places (although the top of Kuprowki St is about 20 minutes away). But it is certainly a lovely place to stay and I thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you.

From booking to departure, our experience was wonderful! Elizabeth was very helpful with sightseeing, taxi, and other recommendations. The rooms had a balcony with magnificent views. They were extremely clean, too. The location was away from the town noise yet convenient to walk to restaurants and shops

From booking to departure our experience was wonderful. Elizabeth, the hostess, provided great recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants and taxis. The rooms had balconies with beautiful views and we're very clean. The hotel location was away from the town tourist noise yet still confident to walk or taxi to everything.

Far from the madding crowd, Villa 11 Folk & Design offers spectacular mountain views, quick access to paved walkways and trails, dedicated and knowledgeable staff, and every attention to detail that ensures a comfortable stay. My mother couldn't leave without thanking everyone personally at the end of our three-day visit to Zakopane.

Lovely location , lovely rooms , amazing breakfasts with a surprise champagne Saturday breakfast , such friendly staff and always helpful , definitely stay again , clean quiet and spacious , mountain views

Kleines Hotel mit nur 13 Zimmern. Sehr angenehm wenn man nicht mit so vielen Touristen zusammen sein möchte. Zimmer ist sauber nur ab manchen Stellen gibt es Abstriche. Der kleine Mini Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer funktioniert nicht, ein Lampenschirm ist schmutzig und die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch nicht richtig. Frühstück ist klein aber in Ordnung, gibt aber auch bessere. In die Innenstadt sind es mit dem Auto ca. 7 Minuten.

Pobyt w Villi wspominam bardzo miło. Pyszne śniadania, piękny wystrój, nieskazitelna czystość, gorąca sauna, wspaniały widok na Giewont. No i oczywiście przecudowna pani Ela, która sprawiła, że zawsze była pogoda... ducha! Hakuna matata!
