Hotel con mucho encanto modernista en pleno centro. El personal es muy amable y eficiente. Han sabido combinar las características de decoración de época con la practicidad que requiere un hotel de esta categoría!! Ya hemos repetido y volveremos a hacerlo. Merece la pena. Gracias

To be honest the only reason i booked this hotel is the proximity to the Mercado Abastos. Unfortunately the Mercado closed for renovation a month before our arrival and won’t reopen again for another two years. As a result the immediate area around the hotel is very sleepy. It is a 10 minutes walk to the Plaza Mayor. Zamora has limited amount or restaurants in the old town compared to Ourense which we just left I really don’t understand how it gets it’s 4 star rating. Cons - Safe does not work No coffee maker No bathrobes Bath towels more like gym towels Worst breakfast we’ve had in Spain Paper cups in bathroom Very dated room Pros - Outlets on both sides of the bed. Bidet 2 bathroom sinks Good water pressure Cool staircase

It looks good, I'll give it that. And unlike some other Alda hotels, the front desk is staffed. However...the air conditioning barely works, and the thermostat in the room was clearly a placebo. Zamora is hot in the summer, and the room never cooled down to a comfortable sleeping temperature. So, even though the bed was good, quality of sleep was terrible. When this place was converted from an old bank, I think it was, no one bothered to install any soundproofing. If you're on the first floor, every footfall above you is clearly audible, as is every closing door in the hallway outside. Less egregious, but still annoying, is that if you're a foreigner, the TV is useless. Every normal TV in Spain, cable or not, has the capability to change the audio language from dubbed Spanish to the original language. Yet this capacity was disable here, and naturally, no one could figure out how to fix it.

Older style hotel but clean and good value in the centre of town. Located right next to the market with underground parking (we booked in advance). Loads of options for eating, bars and tapas within walking distance. Relatively easy to find. Staff were helpful. Zamora is an interesting historic town with lots to see within 20 minutes of the hotel. It was pretty quiet given the time of year.

Hotel de cuatro estrellas que necesita actualizarse bien situado ,personal amable y educado , pero necesita alguna reforma ,mal acceso para minusválid@s escaleras en la entrada. Relación calidad precio es justa ya que no cobra como un hotel de cuatro estrellas ,desayuno por 7,5 lo que ofrece se ajusta al precio está rico ,café bollería ,mantequilla , mermelada, algo de embutido, yogures …

Muy buena relación calidad-precio y en un sitio inmejorable a 5 minutos de la plaza del ayuntamiento y toda la zona antigua y de restaurantes, bares y tiendas de productos locales. Desayuno muy bien y a un precio razonable, merece la pena desayunar en el hotel.

Desafortunadamente he de aportar una opinión negativa. Esta ha sido la segunda ocasión en la que hemos escogido él descanso en esta cadena y en ambas la estancia ha resultado desfavorable; Desayuno - desfavorable. Limpieza - desfavorable. Servicios del hotel al cliente - inexistente. Comodidad de la estancia ( cama, colchón....) ,- desfavorable. Atención al cliente - desfavorable,( es un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero realmente y teniendo en cuenta lo arriba mencionado, es dé dos estrellas. No hay personal. El recurso humano es tan importante en un hotel que no puedo considerar adecuada la escasez de trabajadores en los hoteles dé esta cadena. He de plasmar mi no conformidad. El precio no acompaña a las carencias.

Pese a que la ubicacion y el servicio es excelente es un hotel que defrauda por su falta de actualizacion, es um antiguo palacete que deberian repasar mobiliario, pintura en techos y paredes, y el papel pintado, y sobretodo los baños, el desayuno pésimo, encontramos insectos entre las mantaa, no deberia tener la categoria de 4 estrellas

chambre 435 , sèche cheveux qui fonctionne pas et douche petite , jets massants sans intérêt .une housse de couette aurait été appréciée . Bel immeuble décoration soignée. Escalier magnifique. Déco chambre vintage mais cosi. Emplacement
