Brilliant skiing trip. Hotel is clean and modern with beautiful views over the lake which is spectacular. Zell am Zee is a lovely Austrian town. Lots to do for non skiers. We were half board and Food fresh and delicious. Service good some of the time. We were rushed through dinner on 3 occasions. Drinks are too expensive especially soft drinks. E6 for a small sprite!!

Fantastic hotel, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful views of the lake and mountains, food was fantastic also. Short walk into the village. Complimentary shuttle bus to the town centre and city express ski link was also very helpful. Monica the manager was always on hand to offer any assistance and checking everyone had what they needed. Well recommended

The view from our room was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and when we found the coffee maker was broken it was quickly replaced. The food was excellent and we liked being able to choose on the previous evening to our meal. That must cut out a lot of waste. It was very easy to get around Zell am See on my mobility scooter, especially along the esplanade. Trip round on the lake was very good as well. Went up to the Krimml falls which were stunning. Too cloudy for a cable car trip on the day we had it planned! Renata at the hotel was extremely helpful. We hope to go back.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. All rooms have a view of the lake. We stayed as a family in 3 separate rooms. All were clean and had good facilities. The food was really good, so much choice at breakfast and a choice of meat fish or vegetarian for the evening meal. The spa facilities were very welcome after a day skiing. We would definitely return to this hotel.

We stayed here for a weeks skiing holiday and cannot fault the hotel. Food was lovely with a good choice for breakfast and dinner, all the staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has amazing views of the lake and mountains. The bedroom was clean and modern and also had the same stunning views. Location is just on the edge of the town but is only 5 minutes walk from the centre and 10 minutes walk to the City Express. The hotel runs a shuttle bus for skiers to and from the City Express in the morning and afternoon. The railway runs by the hotel but we barely heard any noise from passing trains.

Friends treated us to a two-night stay at the Seevilla Freiberg back in 2018. Upfront, costumer service has been brilliant, extremely friendly and accommodating before and during our stay. We were finally able to stay in the hotel in 2022 (covid, lockdown). The hotel was always very quick in responding and answering any queries and booked us in as soon as the possibility arose to stay with them. Thank you! We felt very welcomed and extremely well looked after. Our one-year old son will hopefully remember how lovely all the staff were during our stay, from receptionists to manager, from waiters and waitresses. We loved the food, the fish was amazing every time, and you can’t beat the view and location of this place. We also had amazing massages on-site and the spa is worth a visit. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and experience. David, Charlotte and Anton

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and I never experienced such an unprofessional treatment of their rude staff. While checking out an old lady staff who attended my check out process claimed that i have to pay for 2 Coke bottles which we didn't consumed at all during our stay. When I did not accepted it the staff started to encounter an argument in a rude behaviour. So my advise to the customers coming to this hotel to be careful and be prepared for such arguments because it seems this hotel doesn't have a professional invoicing system. I paid for my hotel room charges an amount exceeding 1500 Euros so will i gona refuse to pay an extra small amount (penuts) for the 2 cokes if i really consumed them?!! . I mentioned this point in the *********** review and the staff of this hotel instead of apologizing reacted negatively with a replying comment accusing me that i have consumed a Red Wine in addition to the 2 Cokes while having a dinner, whereas i never consumed such things in this hotel neither i drank a Wine in my life, and didn't had a dinner there during my stay.

The hotel overlooks the famous Zell lake, with breath-taking views. The hotel is well-kept, and our rooms was cleaned every morning. Breakfast is good, but could use more varieties. Friendly staff. The city center is within 5 minutes walk. The hotel is closely located to most of the attractions around (by car). I would definitely recommend the Seevilla Hotel.
