Such a nice hotel! The location is absolutely incredible, only a 15 minute jog or 5 minute drive to the west gate of the national park (the hotel also offers complimentary drop-off and pick-up from the gate!). The sunset viewpoint from the infinity pool is stunning, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful, like Rain. The Tea Master even wrote us a beautiful 2 meter Chinese calligraphy scroll to celebrate our recent engagement! She was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip to China, thank you for teaching us all about the history of tea and Chinese culture. Not the best location if you wanted to see the glass bridge, but honestly the rest of Zhangjiajie was so good we didn't feel like we missed anything! Would recommend this hotel to everyone, 5/5 stars from us

Great location & very clean. The service offered is spectacular. Frankie and his staff worked extremely hard to make sure my stay was as good as possible. They opened breakfast earlier to accommodate me, they closed later for the same reason. The best service I have received in a hotel. 10/10

Heaven! This hotel is perfection! Nestled in the mountains you can be at one with nature here and relax in the most comfortable surroundings. The hotel is an old village that has transformed into an amazing rustic high end hotel. It is situated very near to the Zhangjiajie scenic park entrances such as Avatar Mountains. The rooms/villas are spacious, clean and have everything you could want. There was a turn down service with snacks provided and they set up the projector ready for when you arrive back from a wonderful day of sightseeing. The warm bath on the balcony really helped to relax us too. The views at this hotel are breathtaking! The most beautiful vistas that you can see from the rooms, balconies and the infinity pool (1 of 2 pools they have there). The restaurant was impressive, all the food is freshly cooked and many of the items are grown at the hotel (see the rice paddies and vegetables growing in the photos). There was a lot of choice of food and the price was very reasonable. The restaurant also has some wine and spirits to enjoy with your meal or to sip on a gin and tonic at the infinity pool just outside to watch the sun set. Breakfast was amazing, again plenty of choice and real coffee too. There is also a bar on site if you wish to sing karaoke with beers and friends once the sun has set. The most outstanding aspect of this hotel for us was the service. Rain, the (reception) manager was incredible, nothing was too much trouble for him. He called us the day before to arrange pick up and he speaks perfect English. Throughout the stay he organised and helped with everything we needed, he really did go above and beyond, thank you so much Rain to you and all of your staff who work so hard. This hotel was definitely great value for the price, the location and aspect of the hotel, also perfect. We cannot wait to come back again, maybe winter next time to see the snowy mountains and to sit by the fires in the rooms. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, 110%! Great place to stay and hike for a few days! Their service for foreigners was also exceptional, Frankie in particular could not have been more helpful. If you want a relaxed spot to enjoy the beautiful park, this is it.

Absolutely loved it! Was recommended to stay here while visiting Zhangjiajie - everything was just perfect! 🤩 The service, location, views, food and ofc the room itself - didn’t want to leave and plan to come again ❤️ special thanks to Frankie, helped me a lot with all the inquiries 😁👍 They also have calligraphy / making tea workshops, swimming pools, projector to watch movies - have already recommended to all my friends, thank you guys for this amazing time 🫶
