Room is large and comfortable. Good walking distance to the Village ski center. Ski in/out location is convenient.
Availability of snowboard boots can be improved by offering choices other than the old method of tying by laces only.

This hotel in Thaiwoo is just perfectly located in the slopes. You can directly get your gear and lift card in the same building and slide out directly in the snow. You will also get a locker room to store your gear overnight. We had a Mountain View that was just amazing from our balcony. The breakfast was also really good.

Customer service is impressive at the reception and they gladly arranged to change our room when we commented that the previous room has got some odd smell in the toilet. The concierge helped to move our luggage and the rest of the items to the new room.
Breakfast spread is good and with a great variety of food. The hotel allows direct access to the ski sites and the rental shop provides numerous options for skiing and snow boarding lessons.
The room is clean and well maintained. It also has washing and drying machine. Beautiful view from the balcony too!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally warm and inviting, with an attractive design that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. The staff were outstanding—polite, friendly, and always eager to assist with any needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food was reasonably priced, served in generous portions, and of excellent quality. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The room was spotlessly clean, reflecting the hotel’s high standards, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking.
Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in both service and comfort, making it a place I would highly recommend

Children love the Mike fox challenge inside the room. The hot spring is great. Staff are friendly. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet. A small inconvenience was the hotel shuttle bus left without us despite telling the hotel staff with the sign board that greeted us at the train station. On our return trip, we realised that there was no signage on the hotel shuttle bus.

Excellent service, smiling helpful staff everywhere. We were so impressed they even folded up our dried clothes neatly in a pile.
Breakfast selection was excellent, and delightfully local.
Ski hall was conveinient, but items within were marked up and costly so do come prepared.
Rooms do not have microwave unfortunately, so families with babies to take note.
