Once again the same staff member try to push me to give a 5 star review. Still hasn't seen the error of his ways. I got a free upgrade, very nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite average. The room was decent but lacked any special features. The staff was polite but not particularly friendly or helpful. The location was convenient, but the overall experience was forgettable. It's an okay option if you're looking for a basic place to stay, but don't expect anything outstanding.

Because we are close to the opera house. My girl have singing performance. So we stay in this hotel.

Carpet is dirty with stains and strong cigarette smell when we asked for non smoking room.
Front desk keep on calling after I returned the room to ask to return phone charger when I told them I will go out for lunch first and will return back to them when I come back to pick up my luggage

The room is a bit dark. Requested change broken light bulb did not fulfil.
A bit hard to call taxi at this location.
In house Chinese restaurant is out of business.
Near by not much choice of dinning area.
