The property was amazing. Shame about the Tropical Storm while we were there but you can't do anything about that.

We loved our 2 bedroom suite. Gorgeous view, fully equipped and always clean. The staff are awesome. Wish we could live there.

We loved the beautiful ocean view room with dip pool. We also loved the cleanliness, friendliness of staff and the amazing ocean front locatation on La Ropa beach within walking distance to central Zihau.
We did not love the bats in our outdoor shower. We also did not love that the hotel did not receive the ******* rate with our reservation and therefore, we were substantiall over charged. It has taken a great deal of time and several phone calls ******* and Hilton to sort this out.

Our stay at the Hilton was very nice, staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean and comfortable, and loved the breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. There are only 2 downsides to Zihuatanejo, it's very humid and most hotels are built into the surrounding hills so you are going up and down many stairs many times daily. That's not the fault of the hotel just something for you to know before you go.

The property is amazing, from the first view of the beach and pool area when you arrive! The staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. La Ropa beach is a fantastic spot. And the Hilton / Embarc property is very special.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay here. The property is beautiful and right on the beach, rooms spacious with stunning views, and the staff was amazing! The only negative is not having any food/drink service on the property’s beach area.
