booking week 1: when I first arrive the staff was kind to me and after It became a real nightmare. I have to tell that they put me firstly in one room in the second floor without lift and with dirty carpet with hair everywhere, I am allergic to it so I asked to change room and they did without complaining, so I arrived in the second room and then it was the toilet that was not working so I had to change again room, they put me in one studio at the 3rd floor again without lift, the smell was like if it was close since a year and there was mosquitos everywhere on the bed so I just got tired and decided to leave the hotel, but I already had an other booking for the following week and I said to them that I would not cancel if they just give a room with everything that work inside and mostly clean. booking week 2: so after what happened the first time they let me the opportunity to choose between two rooms and I chose one, and again problems!!! the water was stuck in the shower, the water from the shower was slightly going out, anyway I did not complain because I got tired, then the next day they did not clean the room, they did not change the towels so I went to the reception to ask new towel and the girl changed behavior and was laughing on my face. The next day I went in the reception to pay for the two night i slept and the girl did not say hello to me and was very rude, I did not receive any apologize after everything happened and she even to treated me very badly and rudely saying that she did not mind as it was obvious I would not come back to the hotel again. I am from and living in corsica, I stayed in a lot of hotels and never had this kind of experience. I was just asking for a room clean with everything that work inside and a respectful staff, but apparently my requests were too much. moreover, the breakfast it is so poor, I went both morning early because I had to work in the morning and there was completely nothing, no croissant, no milk, nothing, I kindly asked them to have some milk and obviously again it was taken as abnormal request. the place it is completely the opposite of what they show in the pics included the rooms and outside areas. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS PLACE !

We stayed for five nights at a bungalow. For the quality of the room and facilities It is way too expensive. It is advertised as a four-star hotel/resort, this is definitely not true, except for the price. The bungalow we stayed in was not clean, the windows couldn’t be closed so we had to wait for someone from the staff to come and fix it. The toilet paper was not included!!!!! In a 4 star establishment !! There was also no cleaning service and the towels were not changed upon request. It was also really annoying that we were asked to pay at the reception upon arrival before we even had a chance to see the bungalow. The pool area was nice, however, there were not enough umbrellas for all the sun beds. The only plus I can give this hotel is the location with a direct road leading to the beach. To summarize it is not worth the money.

Voyage en famille dans villa avec piscine. Les +: - Établissement bien centré pour voir les plages, aller dans les hauteurs. - Piscine de l’établissement à débordement superbe et chaude - Propre, grand - Tout y est : bbq petite terrasse etc - De beaux arbres - sympa a l’accueil Les -: - wifi qui ne fonctionne pas (je comptais travailler un peu sur pc impossible, meme en 4g, pas de réseau). - piscine « privée «  non chauffée donc inutile en dehors de l’été - un peu « troo » calme en octobre: bar pres de la piscine fermé par exemple

Fantastico!! Mini villa perfetta e attrezzata di tutto!!!! Piacevole passeggiata per raggiungere la bellissima e attrezzata spiaggia! Se dovessimo tornare in Corsica torneremo sicuramente da loro. Unico punto debole è la mancanza di un' area giochi per i bambini...

Hôtel et villas très bien climatisés ce qui a été précieux durant notre séjour. Piscine magnifique avec vue imprenable sur mer. Personnel très sympa et compréhensif. Petit (gros) bémol, ne venez pas pour télé travailler ou même relever vos emails, la connexion (4/5g ou wifi) est déplorable (Orange, Free, Sfr même combat) Séjour néanmoins très agréable dans ce cadre magnifique!

Vacances d'avril 2023: 8 adultes et enfants, tout le monde enchanté par ce lieu extraordinaire, maison spacieuse, tout y est pour passer un séjour merveilleux entouré d'un personnel souriant et au top. Ne l'ébruitez pas de trop, nous revenons l'année prochaine...
