B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa

The Hotel is located less than 15 minutes from the city by train and it is then a 7/10 minute walk to the hotel. The lobby is unique in nature with a community laptop hot desk area for business people which is set in a calm setting near reception. The restaurant and bar are adjoined and is set in a library setting with 3000 books around you. Very unique and interesting setting. Leonardo who is one of the staff is the pick of the bunch and is just a natural customer service individual. who has talent. The room is spacious with a wonderful bathroom and set up is really good. Still looking very new with good line The only thing i didnt like is the so called spa that does not belong to the hotel, but is shown as a facility. I did book the hotel because of this, however as it is open to external people, when i looked in the thermal spa it was like looking at an episode of 'Love Island' with tons of people all climbing on one another, so the facility is not really that nice to be in. I did have a look at where the seating area was and snack bar, but it was so hot and i had to leave within 2 minutes. Its not the hotels fault, but if people are coming here to enjoy the thermal spa, beware of the spa as it may not work for you.

We had the loveliest stay at the B2 Hotel Zurich! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and had the most outstanding recommendations for restaurants, activities, and things to see. We really felt like we could connect with the local culture. The hotel itself has a beautiful lounge and restaurant that makes you feel at home after a long day of traveling or site seeing. We'd absolutely go back and recommend to others.

My husband and I stayed here for one night after a long haul flight. Didn’t sleep well but that had more to do with the fact that my husband and I were jet lagged. Library area was really unique and cozy. Breakfast was pretty good, too. Great customer service.

I felt thoroughly looked after from the time I walked through the doors to be greeted by a friendly and courteous Guest Ambassador to the moment I left with a complimentary bottle of water for my journey. This place is dreamy (and so close to the train station that getting to and from the centre of town by public transport is a cinch).

The hotel spa is not part of the hotel and is an additional “discounted” rate. That was misleading. The hotel rooms are large but the bathroom is tiny makes you feel like your staying in a science experiment room. Feels empty and cheaply decorated. The beds are small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was underwhelming felt like a cheap continental breakfast in a library. The location isn’t great. Good points, staff was wonderful friendly, knowledgeable and good service. The rooms were clean. Other thank that it’s overpriced and wouldn’t recommend

Modern, classy and spotlessly clean hotel in pleasant surroundings about 15 min walk from the center. Extremely nice and roomy bedroom. Good breakfast took place in their palatial library. Food options for lunch/dinner also worked very well. Fantastic spa adjoining at great value for guests - a big MUST. All staff extremely attentive and gracious throughout. Nothing too much of a problem. KUDOS to Christina and especially the intern Basil ! For some reason our credit cards on arrival failed to work and Basil was extremely helpful, courteous and patient in helping us resolve the problem. Will definitely return for our next visit to Zurich.
