The procedures were easy, and their treatment is very beautiful, the hotel and the room are top in cleanliness and beauty, I liked the idea of offering fruit to residents, even the quietness of the place is very beautiful, I did not stay there long but a beautiful experience

Nice Resort in Fujairah however the service’s doesn’t look like an Address hotel compared to Dubai hotels. We also had a very bad experience with the housekeeper when they opened the wardrobe win our absence and we found out only when 1 item was misplaced. Totally unacceptable…

Konaklama mükemmeldi. Konum güzeldi ve her iki tarafa da iyi bir manzara vardı, açık bir manzara ve bina tarafından manzara engellenmiyordu. Unfortunately, my experience at DoubleTree by Hilton was disappointing. The receptionist lacked the necessary skills to interact professionally with guests, which negatively impacted the first impression of the hotel. Additionally, there was a noticeable shortage of staff in valet parking and luggage handling services, causing unexpected delays and inconvenience. Overall, the services did not reflect the standards of a five-star hotel. I hope the management takes steps to improve service quality and provide a guest experience that aligns with the hotel’s rating.

Hotel was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was superb too. And all staff are following the government rules for the safety of everyone in the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! One of the best parts was the incredible view—waking up to stunning scenery every morning was such a treat. Whether it was the city skyline, ocean, or mountains, the view from my room was truly unforgettable. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything I needed—restaurants, shops, and key attractions were all just a short walk or quick ride away. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and beauty. I would definitely stay here again!

We had very good memories out there the staff are so friendly and supportive, room service are superb and the food has a good variety

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, near to a mall. The facility is clean, staff is courteous and there were no hidden charges of any sort. Room was massive with all kitchen appliances. The only downside is hotel parking which was quite tight, however there are ample free parking spaces outside the hotel. We will definitely comeback.
