I had a wonderful stay at Al Hamra Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah with my family. The hospitality was exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us from a Standard Room to a Junior Suite at no extra cost. The suite was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel's location, amenities, and service made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Surprisingly, this is my first time visiting RAK. I will definitely repeat my visit, especially to Al Hamra Residence Hotel. The staff were cooperative from the first day, and the room service was amazing.

В этот отель приезжаю с 2017 года последний раз был в 22 году . За это время владельцем стал Хилтон, и всё изменилось не в лучшую сторону . Раньше это был Лакшри , роскошь , отсутствие посторонних, высочайший сервис, теперь это рваные лежаки , затёртые полотенца , плюс стройка с двух сторон , причём иногда в море зайти нельзя , грязное. В общем я конечно обескуражен. Персонал конечно хороший , стараются во всю , в остальном …. От былого Вальдорфа осталось только воспоминание, был там последний раз , а жаль ….

This was my second stay at The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach, and once again, it was amazing! We came as a couple and everything was perfect — from the service, cleanliness, and friendly staff to the beautiful room and spacious private pool.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. It’s definitely one of my favorite summer spots, and I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Путешествуя в ОАЭ, выбрали первый эмират Rak.. рассматривали несколько районов , но не пожалели что остановились в Mina Al Arab🤩 Если вам за тусовками и движняком , не сюда)))
Есть стройки - все эмираты в стройке , но краны в море не встретили .
В основном малоэтажные застройки 👍 Высоток практически нет .
Район просыпается после заката солнца .
Ну а теперь об Janna Hotel Appartaments & Villas))
Отель janna это гостеприимство , прекрасная набережная , близость чудесного малолюдного пляжа , в любое время с 9-00 до 18-00 машина до пляжа и обратно , лежаки , бутилированная вода , полотенца -включено . Напротив отеля бассейн чистейший с пресной водой !!!
Отличные завтраки , вкуснейший кофе - просите вместо гранулированного /не откажут 😅 Уборка и смена белья по требованию каждый день , не ждите сервиса без напоминания ☝️ Нора в буфете чудесная , Ибрагим (из Каира) в баре веселый чувак, по русски общается 🫶🏻, на рецепшене всегда дружелюбный и клиентоориентированый Фазиль. Хасан душка😍Жили в больших двухкомнатных апартах с кухней . Рядом с отелем супермаркет где есть все , включая мясо , морепродукты , и даже продукция Мироторг 😄
В общем наш пляжный семейный отдых в релаксе удался . Поехали дальше в Дубай ✌️

Genel olarak çok eğlendim ve Ras al Khaimah'taki Marjan Adası'na seyahat etmeyi planlayan herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and your hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way.
The hotel itself is stunning, with its breathtaking surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the private pool was simply amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home.
We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip.
We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well.
The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival.
This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot wait to return to your hotel in the future. Thank you once again for making our Chinese New Year celebration so extraordinary.

VVarun EdnaThe resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly.
As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick.
The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!!
Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!!
Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends.

JJamel ManalansanWe stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything—from the food to the service—was excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel at home.
Our room was lovely and had a balcony, which was a nice highlight even during the summer. We also enjoyed swimming at the beach; although it’s only open until 7 PM, it’s understandable since it gets dark later in the evening.
One of the major highlights for us was the indoor playground for kids. We brought our baby along, and she had such a great time—it made the whole experience even more special. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and I want to especially commend a staff member named Yuki. She was so nice, hardworking, and truly stood out with her excellent service.
Another thing worth mentioning is the cleanliness. We went out and came back to a clean and tidy room even without requesting housekeeping—definitely a big plus!
Overall, this was the best staycation we’ve had, and it was a perfect way to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and genuinely happy with our stay. Thank you so much—we will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back again!

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Citymax in Ras Al Khaimah. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location is perfect — close to major attractions and the beach.
There was a slight delay in the room service when ordering food, which could be improved, but overall the experience was pleasant.
Great value for money — I’d definitely consider staying here again!
