Pros: - Well located right next to bus station, while still being quiet - well located right next to ”downtown” Chamonix - Keep your luggage if arrive early & when check out but travel arrangement is later on - clean room, with a view of the mountain - has an arcade at the lobby for children - front desk always available to help and provide travel tips Cons: - Pricey for a 3 star hotel, 220 USD per night, no breakfast included - House keeping attempted to enter my room while I had put up the sign to not disturb, therefore woke me up in the process. When I went to check the do not disturb was removed. Either by housekeeping or another hotel guest. - Bedroom felt a bit small, but I dont know if that is just a european thing in general - No queen beds, instead its two double beds sticked together. So dont sleep in the middle of the bed unless you want back pain

Simple but nicely located between river and golf course. Equipment is a bit dated but suffices for normal use, lack of the dishwasher is what I missed the most. WiFi stability needs some work too. All in all, it does the job but not much more than that;)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the Alps! From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was perfect. Location: The hotel is ideally situated with stunning views of Mont Blanc and easy access to the town and ski lifts. Whether you’re there for skiing, hiking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the mountains, the location couldn’t be better. Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a cozy alpine style with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Dining: The food was fantastic! Breakfast each morning was a generous spread with a variety of fresh options, from pastries to local cheeses and fruits. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the gourmet meals exceeded my expectations. The chef does an excellent job incorporating local ingredients into traditional dishes, all with a contemporary twist. Facilities: The hotel spa is a hidden gem—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or skiing. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful, and the massage I had was the best I’ve had in a long time. They also have a great lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a drink in the evening. Service: The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any request, whether it was booking excursions, providing local recommendations, or simply ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay. Bonus tip: The best Indian restaurant is walkable distance (400 meters) from the hotel - Annapurna 2. Must visit 😉 Overall, Chalet Hotel in Chamonix combines luxurious comfort with the charm of an authentic alpine retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel stuff is very friendly and nice, the room is clean. Just one small problem is the water heater, sometimes become very hot during shower, need to be careful

The hotel's location is quite convenient. It's only a 10-minute drive from Geneva Airport and less than 30 minutes by public transport from Geneva's main train station. Additionally, there's a large Carrefour nearby, which is very handy for shopping. The room was overall clean and well-maintained, and the basic amenities were sufficient for a short stay. However, there were a few downsides. The drainage system had a noticeable odor, which was unpleasant, and there was no hairdryer provided in the room, which could be inconvenient for some guests. On the whole, the hotel is a decent choice for those looking for a budget-friendly and accessible option near Geneva, though there’s room for improvement in terms of facilities.

Bu otel Annemasse istasyonuna yakın, yaklaşık 70 metre uzaklıkta. Otele erişim erişim kartıyla sağlanıyor. Odada rahat yataklar, ocak ve mikrodalga fırın bulunan mutfak, bazı mutfak eşyaları var. Ayrıca lobide su doldurabilirsiniz. Genel olarak Cenevre'ye gündüz gidip geri dönüp tasarruf etmek için kalırsanız rahat bir konaklama.

The apartment was in a great location. Metro was 3 metres, yes 3metres away. I want to give a shoutout to Joshua, he was working at reception and was very helpful. Thank you Joshua. The air conditioning doesn’t work and hasn’t Worked for a long time. But in April, a fan was good enough. I would go back again
