攜程敢上架，我就敢下單。結果證實這裏的兩天就是我們北海道之行的巔峯，讓之後在札幌洞爺湖函館的網紅行程黯然失色。 鑒於沒有太多中文評論，如果有感興趣的朋友看到了我就把一些注意事項寫在這裏吧： 交通：營地位置比較偏，我們的方案是從帶廣機場打車去的，最好給司機師傅看看營地的郵編，很順利的導航到達。離開時可以讓前台幫忙叫車。當然，如果有租車自己開去就萬事大吉了。 飲食：攜程上有含早飯/兩餐的套餐，為了防止沒有其他飯吃我們選了早晚飯。早飯在餐廳裏吃，很有特色！晚飯兩天都是BBQ，食物吃着挺不錯的，就是大冬天在外面烤一個小時火還是冷的人夠嗆。建議如果自駕的話可以自己多準備些食物帶去，有廚房可以做飯，當然前台也有冰凍的披薩可以買（自產的冰淇淋相當不錯） 總的來説如果是自駕應該會更方便些（不過我們在雪地上拖十分鐘行李也沒問題）。如果是冬天去儘量白天到放心些（4點就日落了）。可以Google酒店的官網找更多的訊息（有其他的餐食套餐方案）。 剩下的就享受這裏的安寧與美麗吧！我們選擇的是最新的itou小屋，裏面有很多釣魚相關的裝飾和書籍，還可以做魚餌（雖然不會）。來這裏就像小屋的主題一樣，做兩天的wilderness philosopher

We stayed at LC Goryokaku Hotel during our family trip to Hakodate and were pleasantly surprised by how well it suited our needs. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Goryokaku Park and the Tower, which made it easy for us to explore the area with our kids without needing transportation all the time. The room was clean, spacious enough for a small family, and had thoughtful touches like slippers, toiletries, and even a small seating area where we could unwind. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet at night, which made it easy for the children to fall asleep. The hotel also offers free drinks in the lounge, which was a nice touch, and there's a laundry area, which is very useful when traveling with kids.

優點：位置絕佳，升級到古之座房間更加寬敞漂亮，露天浴室花園驚艷。餐食品質很高，冰激凌放題深得人心。退房時有兩個女孩子一直站在大門外，向每一位離店的客人鞠躬揮手致意，感覺是很用心在經營的酒店。 問題：晚餐居然是自助預感不妙，一到點兒門口排起大隊，進去嚇了一跳，三個來自不同國家地區的旅行社導遊都在大聲指導自家人搶吃“划算”的食物。第二天早餐一樣血腥，雖然食物質量依然很好，但總有一種哄搶的感覺。 建議：如果衹能提供自助餐，至少在座位上給客人分區，住在這裏的客人大多數是為了圖個清靜來的。

Je dirai parfait à 99% tout d’abord extrêmement bien situé, ensuite il y a à disposition un bar avec tout type de boissons gratuit, également à disposition serviette, brosse à dent… mais aussi un bar à snack avec des nouilles et des petits snack (largement suffisant pour faire office de repas). La cabine est ok pas trop petite. Donc vraiment parfait !

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

We had a great stay , the room is stunning and the staff are amazing ,very helpful and genuinely nice people we highly recommend it 🤩

子供が喜ぶようなお部屋でした！館内入ると可愛らしい今風の飾り付けなどあり、夜中のセキュリティもしっかりしているようでした。私たちは向かいませんでしたが屋上には隠れスポットやバーベキュー施設もあるようです！館内はリニューアルされたのかな？古いような新しいような？清掃は綺麗にされていたと思いますが枕がなんとなーく埃臭いようか気がしてうつ伏せにはなれませんでした(^^;; 函館で大人向け観光に飽きたこどもたちもホテルに帰れば楽しい場所だと思います！大人数で宿泊できるのでおじいちゃんおばあちゃんを連れての旅行にみんなでお泊りもいいと思います！が温泉はありませんのでご注意を！

建物は古いですが、清掃が細かいところまで行き届いていて、水回りも部屋もとても清潔でした。キッチンがあるので食材を買ってきて料理できて、長く滞在するにはとても便利でした。 洗濯機と洗濯洗剤は別棟にありますが、無料で使えます。 三大キャリアのうち、AUだけ電波が非常に弱いのですが、電波の増幅器を貸してもらえるので助かりました。 管理の方も親切で、値段も安く、理想的な滞在先でした。ありがとうございました。

The best hotel during the whole journey. The place is so quiet and peaceful. The onsen are so good with the best ocean view. They offer very nice service like the sunrise room call service, and was amazed by the speaker in the room. Best place to relax! 1 point needed to note is that all private onsen are required for additional charge, unless you book the package with the private onsen.

難得在襟賞岬這種的地方還有能用網路訂到的旅館，品質算平平，房間很大，基本的功能都齊備，只是WiFi連線不是很穩定，不過飯店主人積極處理態度讓人感動 ：）
