Her gün farklı bir büfe var ve yemeklerden sıkılmayacaksınız. Havuzun da tadını çıkardık, yeterince büyük ve temiz. Harika hizmet, alışveriş merkezleri ve restoranlar gibi her yere kolay erişim.

The place is clean and the staff were very nice. All the hotel staff we met greeted us warmly, making us feel really welcome. We checked out the bar on the 22nd floor and enjoyed the live band performance. Plus, they gave us a 10% discount as in-house guests. It was my husband's birthday, and the band even sang the birthday song - such a nice touch! The staff also wished him well, which made the stay even more special. They also provide shuttle as long as it is in Alabang area We really enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Hizmet mükemmel ve odalar muhteşem. Körfeze bakan güzel bir manzaramız var ve yatak inanılmaz rahat, ayrıca gerçekten temiz. Dışarıdaki kulüp de oldukça etkileyici, ailemle unutulmaz bir deneyim yaşadık ve içecekler de çok lezzetliydi. Havuz da harika çünkü çocuklarımın eğlenmesi için mükemmeldi, 1,2 metreye kadar uzanan farklı seviyeleri vardı. Ücretsiz kahvaltı da beklentilerimi aştı, beklediğimden fazlasını içeriyordu ve tadı harikaydı. Genel olarak, çok unutulmaz bir deneyimdi ve en çok eğlendiğimiz zamanları şimdiden hatırlayacağız! Bir dahaki sefere tekrar geleceğim!

The front desk service was good , upon checkin i forgot to check there is cash deposit, but this is understandable for a condotel staying . Thats fair. The room is very spacious it perfect for family size. Downside I really expect to get room facing okada, i assumed all offered rooms regardless of the type as posted in tiktok or other social media platform . So i duno if it has to booked in other apps to get those view The other buildings on pacific side , looks like abandoned building , im at 32nd floor it looks creepy when i opened my window, it reminds me of horror story. The bathroom getting flooded when you used the shower. The pool at the 2F was alright, i havent touched the gym. But 2 facilities are enough tp accommodate quick staycation I wld recommend to booked premium room to enjoy the bayview. But for quick stay like i did. What you pay, is what you get. .

Although the lobby has limited space, it is still functional and serves its purpose well. Cleanliness can vary depending on the room, but in my case, my room was generally clean, with the exception of a few cockroaches I noticed. While this was somewhat off-putting, it did not significantly affect my overall experience. Upon check-in, you will receive a keycard along with a key for the spacious drawers, which is quite convenient for storing your belongings. It's worth noting that there is no internet connection available, but the mobile signal in the area is decent, allowing for basic connectivity. The shower room is separate from the comfort room, which some guests may find preferable for privacy. The air conditioning unit is a bit loud, but it is bearable; I found that wearing earphones while I sleep helped to mitigate the noise. Lastly, the location is perfect, situated within the Makati Central Business District, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

We especially appreciated the modern bathroom, which was spotlessly clean and well-stocked. The overall feeling is one of quiet, minimalist luxury that feels both high-end and uniquely hip. Excellent Service and Amenities The service at B Hotel was consistently warm and efficient. The staff was always smiling and ready to assist, from the front desk to the dining area. While B Hotel is smaller and more boutique than some of its neighbors, it doesn't lack amenities. The pool area is a tranquil urban escape, and the fitness center is well-equipped for a good workout. Dining at the in-house restaurant was a pleasant experience, offering a good mix of local and international dishes. Prime Location One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its fantastic location. Situated right in the heart of the Alabang commercial district, it provides easy access to major shopping centers like Alabang Town Center and Molito, as well as a variety of dining and entertainment options. It's an ideal choice for both business travelers needing quick access to corporate centers and leisure guests looking to explore the South. I’ve stayed at New World several times, and what impresses me the most is their consistency in service. Even with changes in management, the quality of care and hospitality has remained the same—always excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything feels seamless and professional. The staff are attentive, warm, and make sure every stay is comfortable. And I have to mention their bathrobes they’re unbelievably cozy! New World continues to deliver the same superb service I’ve come to expect, and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back. Truly one of the best experiences every time!

Stayed here for the second time, the check in was fast. Hope to stay again for the third time.

The place is fine for the price you paid. Location is convenient to the venue we were going to attend. Staff are friendly. Security staff were superb. This hotel has a very basic toiletry supplies like soap. The towels were very thin. No kettle to use as shown on their ads. We took some damages that we saw in the room so it won’t be charge to us once check out. Overall, we get what we needed and paid for, sleep in a comfortable bed and room with AC. ☺️

I book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair. 2. The wall got painted falling. 3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working. 4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it. 5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair). 6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay. 7. No fridge, and iron. 8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security 9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it. 10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi. 11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble. Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night. Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel.
