Reviews: Malta: Roundtrip Ferry to Comino Blue Lagoon w/Gozo Option

During the indicated period, tourism was moderate, and the wait for the return journey was about half an hour, I'd say moderate. I fear the same activity in the middle of August. The transport was prompt and on time, and there were excellent stops for photos at the caves. The sea was splendid, the beaches tiny, and due to the large crowds, the magic of the place was lost after 10:00. Luckily, we arrived at 9:00, super cool! An almost untouched paradise.
Reviews: From Sliema: Comino Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon & Sea Caves

The tour starting in Sliema was a true highlight of our stay in Malta. The crossing to Gozo was already impressive, especially the visit to the Citadel in Victoria, which offers a fantastic view of the island. Afterwards, we continued to Comino with a stop at the stunning Blue Lagoon – crystal-clear water and plenty of time for swimming and relaxing. The journey along Malta's coastline was particularly impressive: The ship sailed very close to the steep cliffs, grottos, and caves, allowing us to experience nature up close. The view from the water is simply spectacular. Everything was well-organized, the crew was friendly, and the route was perfectly chosen. An unforgettable experience – this tour is an absolute must-do in Malta!

the trip was a fantastic day out and well worth it - our tour guide ronnie was brilliant and kept us safe. here is a list of some pro’s and con’s if you’re considering going: pro’s: - great day out and you see views you wouldn’t normally - explanation on the sights - transportation all the way from pick up to drop off at same destination - lunch is provided - a good way to see the island without dripping in sweat (highly recommend being the passenger) - a friendly, beginner experience. if you haven’t quadbiked before, everything is clearly shown to you and they won’t let you feel left behind. con’s: - i don’t know if it was just our day, but the wait to actually get on the quad bike was LONG. we got the mini bus at 8am, but we didn’t actually get on a quad bike until around 12pm. it was due to mostly a lot of waiting around in a very hot room. depending on your pick up point, the mini bus is around an hour long. there is also a 20 minute boat trip to get there in between all of that. - lunch was provided which was great, however i would suggest bringing a snack in case you’re not a fan of the traditional lunch. in my opinion it wasn’t great. over all it was a great experience.
