Deuxième année consécutive ou je réserve dans la résidence.
J'ai déjà réservé pour début Mai.
Accueil chaleureux avec le sourire, très à l'écoute de nos envies, besoins.
Très agréable d'avoir un Lieu de résidence à la porte de Vannes , Pontivy , Locminé etc..
Point à améliorer le nombre et les emplacements des places de parking .
Plusieurs manœuvres pour pouvoir se garer ( pas assez de recul ).

Hotel is around 20 minutes far from gare du Quimper by walk.
Everything was clean, but only ceiling is not clean. But I am okay with that.
I arrived the hotel late, but there was information in front of the main entrance with wrong number in English. I was nervous that I can't enter the building, because there isn't way to call the hotel.
But after then, I found correct number in French, and person in charge informed me how can I enter the main entrance. He was kind. (I told it to reception, so she might change it) But I couldn't face the person in charge at around 22:00, and there is only way by call. Anyway, I could easily take a key (It was in the mail box with password) and enter the room.
For the next day, the person in charge at reception was kind. She kept my luggage kindly for my trip.

Отель расположен на первой линии на расстоянии 500 метров от старого города. Номер маленький, аскетичный, холодильника нет. Чистота на уровне. Мне показалось, что цена завышена. относительно качества отеля. На пять только вид из номера. Брали с видом.

Personnel très attentionné, super vue et en bonus les moutons pour les enfants ! Il est néanmoins regrettable que nous ayions payé 60 euros plus cher la nuit que si nous avions réservé directement avec l'hôtel.

Ravis de notre séjour, tout était parfait ! Chambre nickel et spacieuse, hôtel calme, personnel sympathique. Proche de la sale de concert L'Hermione. Il ne nous manquait que Zazie... pour la prochaine fois ! 😀

The pool and facilities were not available with our booking, this was not clear and disappointed we could not use the pool unless paid as an off the street person. We declined to pay and spent time on the beach instead. Breakfast was paid for separately as well, a good choice of foods and good coffee. The breakfast dining room had a stunning view of Doureneze bay with a sailboat race for entertainment. On the whole a nice place but the rooms in the *** block across from the mail hotel are a bit to be desired, pay the extra and stay in the main hotel****.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe chose this hotel for its location, 24 hour reception and price. As our plane was delayed we arrived close to midnight and initially thought we couldn’t gain access. Fortunately the buzzer alerted reception and with a minimum of fuss we were in our room. Only stayed one night as the next morning we crossed the road to the bus depot to travel to Mont Saint Michel. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, instead walking a few minutes to the nearest Carrefort for yogurt and gluten free food, which we enjoyed with a coffee at a cart on the plaza. Hotel worked very well for us.

EEntienneThe Original City, Are Hôtel in Landerneau is an eco-friendly hotel, which means there is no air conditioning. The rooms are on the smaller side and the facilities are quite basic, but overall adequate for a short stay. On the positive side, the free jacuzzi and sauna session was a very enjoyable surprise and a nice way to relax. Service was good throughout, and the receptionist in particular was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, a simple hotel with basic comfort, made better by the wellness facilities and pleasant service.

The modern bathroom offers many amenities, making the stay extra comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious homemade crêpes, local bread, and fresh fruit, along with other fresh treats. We truly enjoyed the interesting conversations with our fellow guests and with Ghislain, the friendly owner. We highly recommend this place!

La pulizia come è normale che sia in Francia non è il punto di forza della struttura anche se non si può dire che fosse sporca la camera. Il prezzo troppo alto per il servizio offerto. Probabilmente per 70 euro a notte sarebbe stato il prezzo giusto invece di 90. Ad ogni modo parlando con altri colleghi sembrava che fosse il migliore in città per quelle cifre. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Per brevi soggiorni lo consiglio davvero. La colazione troppo costosa per quello che offre.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe location is excellent in the old city part, very close to my convention place with many restaurants nearby. The hotel building is old, with only one one-man elevator. The shower is very bad: a small tube just enough for one person standing. The water was small and the hot water was not hot enough. During my stay, the internet did not work. There were two nights with noisy party nearby until 2:00 am. The hotel is a 2.5 star than the 3-star hotel.
