Otelin konumu harikaydı. Birçok turistik yere ve popüler turistik noktaya yakındı. Bu otelin tek dezavantajı, kaldığımız odada neredeyse hiç ışık olmamasıydı, bu yüzden bizim için zordu. Transferred here last minute after a bad night in another hotel. Solid, affordable airport hotel with free transfer and vending machines, kind staff, and friendly, safe atmosphere.

3 kişilik bir oda rezervasyonu yaptırdım ve otele vardığımda açıklamalarla birebir örtüşüyordu. Odada ısıtıcı, TV, ücretsiz Wi-Fi ve ikinci katta çamaşır makinesi vardı, ancak deterjan almak için resepsiyona inmeniz gerekiyordu. Otel, Nanjing Yaya Caddesi'ne çok yakın. Tek dezavantajı, ikinci kattaki buzdolabını satın almak için Alipay'e yerel bir banka kartı eklemeniz gerekiyor ki bu yabancı misafirler için oldukça zahmetli (ya da belki de ben nasıl satın alacağımı bilmiyordum).

The hotel itself is very simple and basic. Theres no fridge in the room. Its about 5-8min walk to Dashijie Metro exit 5. Which is only one stop from Yuyuan Garden & Peoples Square. The room is not that cramp. Quite spacious. The room attendant is friendly. There's halal noodle shop exactly on the left of the hotel which open 24hrs and another halal noodle shop diagonal to exit 5 of Dashijie metro. Communication with staff will require translation app. Overall its a good stay.

Yakınlarda Joy City vardır ve Sihang Warehouse da güneye doğru yürüme mesafesindedir. Fiziksel olarak formdaysanız, Şanghay'ın son yüzyıldaki geçmişini ve bugününü deneyimlemek için Suzhou Nehri Gezinti Yolu boyunca doğuya doğru Waibaidu Köprüsü ve Bund'a yürüyebilirsiniz. Kapının her iki tarafındaki sokaklarda küçük süpermarketler, restoranlar, akşam yemeği, fast food vb. bulunmaktadır. Otelin lobisinde ücretsiz kaynamış su ve dinlenme, misafirlerle buluşma ve hayal kurma için kabinlerin yanı sıra geçici enerji yenileme için atıştırmalıklar ve içecekler bulunmaktadır. Kaldığım 6 kişilik oda biraz dağınıktı çünkü çok sayıda daimi misafir vardı ve çoğunlukla uyumak ve dinlenmek için kullanılıyordu. Umumi tuvaletler ve duşlar da yeterliydi (bazen beklemeniz gerekiyordu).

The location of the hostel is great, staff was friendly as well and I was able to store my luggage; there is free water from the dispenser available too. As such, it could be an okay place to stay for a night. Unfortunately, however, the bed did not really have a mattress (rather just some layers of sort of blankets upon plain wood) and I had to find multiple bed bugs which obviously made it impossible to sleep. It also happens to be the second time that I encounter bed bugs in one of the Dengba Hostels — so maybe there’s a sad pattern to it.

The hostel is good overall. The staff are extremely friendly, warm, and attentive. I had heavy luggage, and one of them helped me carry it upstairs (there’s no elevator) without me even having to ask the second time—really appreciated.❤️ The room is modern and clean. The cleaning lady sweeps the floor and takes out the trash every day. The location is excellent, very close to Subway Line 10, which covers most major tourist attractions, so there’s little need to change lines. Overall, it’s great value for budget travelers. The only downside is that the bunk beds are quite squeaky. My first upper-bunk roommate moved a lot, and every movement felt like I was being shaken. Luckily, my second roommate was much gentler—she spoke softly and was very careful when getting into bed. That part really comes down to luck. You can still feel the bed move whenever the other person moves. If you’re a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice for you.

The staff were very helpful and flexible with us (allowed us to late check out in one of our rooms). The room was nice and a simple walk away from the Bund. I really liked the loft style bed (although the mattress itself was so hard, I didn’t sleep well) It was cool to have a view of the river when waking up! The room is nice but it does feel a little old, particularly in the bathroom. The building itself was a bit weird and sketchy, but the room was lovely
