Habitación limpia, muy básica, muy pequeña, baño como de camarote de barco porque es muy pequeño. Tenia olor a humedad, aunque estaba todo limpio. Personal correcto. Solo para una emergencia y dormir. Cerca de la carretera. A lado hay un supermercado muy completo. Cumple con su función.

Очень приличный отель, достаточно новый, современный. В номерах и общественных пространствах чистота на высоком уровне. Площадь стандартного номера очень приличная, в ванной комнате также достаточно места. Хорошая постель и постельные принадлежности. Нормальный WIFI. Окно открывается, можно проветривать комнату, правда нет кондиционера, летом, возможно, будет некомфортно.
Существенный минус - удаленность от центра. Пешком топать с полчаса. К плюсам расположения можно отнести большущий carrefour в пяти минутах ходьбы и остановку автобуса в Этрету прямо под окнами.
Дополнительный бонус - наличие русскоговорящего персонала на ресепшен.

O hotel é bem simples mas tudo funciona bem. A localização é ruim. Fica bem longe do centro da cidade. Mas o preço compensa. Não tomamos café da manhã no local, mas existe um Mac donalds bem o lado.

Absolute nightmare with self check in
Didn't have the correct booking number as I arrived late.
Fortunately I was shown the intercom and accessed the self booking machine
Very poor instructions and very stressful after a long day's travel.
The room was superb spacious and quiet welcome shower when I eventually got in my room and comfy bed and welcome Aircon.
Breakfast was delicious lots of options and good value.
I am returning in August but reception will be open when I arrive 😄

L'expérience était très bonne . L'accueil était très cordial.
La chambre très propre avec à l'intérieur de celle ci un micro ondes et un frigo propres qui fonctionnaient très bien. Le quartier n'étant pas trop sur car à côté d'une très grande zone industrielle, il est avantageux d'avoir un portail qui ferme automatiquement de 21h a 6h du matin . Bonne expérience.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Für Sicherheit wird gesorgt. Das einzige, ich bemängeln muss sind die harten Betten und der harte Stuhl. Für Menschen mit Behinderung äußerst unangenehm.

MMisafir KullanıcıThis was our first stay with B&B Hotels, and the first of 5 bidet hotel stays during a two week road trip around France.
The B&B hotel in Alençon stood out for several reasons. The availability of EV charging stations was a real bonus and made our journey much easier. The staff on site were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, quite a contrast to our experience of many of the other budget hotels.
Staff suggested we ate in neighbouring restaurant where we got a 20% discount. Even though it had gone 9pm. Restaurant were happy to accept us and our discount was applied.
Breakfast was another highlight: hot, well-prepared, and consistently replenished, which made for a great start to each day. Our room was also noticeably more spacious than the one we had in Toulouse, and the shower was excellent, with plenty of space, strong water pressure, and reliably hot water.
What really made this stay memorable, however, was the staff. Across all five B&B Hotels we stayed in the week, the team here in Alençon were by far the most engaged, attentive, and customer-focused.

Shame about the restaurant side ! Arriving week day on way south told closed cos. chef on holiday ! 🫣
On return Saturday journey north arrived to be told restaurant not open weekends 😳
Restaurants open in outskirts of Alencon a 10 min drive.

不過，酒店很乾凈，接待人員態度友好，停車場也很大。
需要注意的是，雖然早餐選擇豐富，但我覺得質量一般，而且沒什麼味道。我覺得我在其他宜必思酒店吃過更好的早餐。

The entrance to the hotel and the whole area is behind the gates, so you would need a code from the hotel to get inside. Thankfully, I encountered a helpful local guy who called the hotel to get it - would be nice to have it upfront in my booking confirmation or somewhere else.
Hotel itself is basic, does the job for a very good price, yet there are some things that you expect to have in the hotel: no elevators, no sockets near by the bed, no complimentary water, very poor to none WiFi - whole experience reminded me of a summer camp.

I also lost one one of my vanity items. Good thing my other items were not lost. The reception staff were friendly and approachable. Unfortunately, I was not able to raise this concern as I am in a rush for my train.

DDangchinWalking distance from all attractions within city center. We visited several spots in town and returned to the hotel for a short break. The hotel has no lift! We had to carry our luggages to 3rd floor. Room is compact as expected however the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet are small. Front staff was helpful as he tried to explain us about the hotel and surrounding in English. He was also kind enough to keep our luggages during our short trip to Mont St Michel.

Location would be great for the train station. A 20 minute walk into the centre of town. Overall, it met my expectation given the word budget in the name!

Don't be put off by the eccentric exterior, because once inside you're greeted by friendly front office staff and in no time are in your well-appointed moderately-sized room. Plenty of off-street parking as well.
The hotel has a well-stocked bar at reasonable prices and an excellent restaurant serving some of the best pizzas and hamburgers in Normandy.
Highly recommended.
