Очень понравился хостел. Идеальное расположение, очень чисто, все удобно, и даже бесплатные напитки: сок, вода, лимонад. Вещи разрешают оставить до вечера бесплатно.

Words cannot describe how great this hotel is. The rooms are spacious and clean, the downstairs common area is beautiful, and the food available is stunning. But nothing even comes close to the hosts. They are such genuine and lovely people, easy to chat to and proud of what they have. My first night I was somewhat anxious but the host was so warm and welcoming, leading to us having some lovely conversations over a nice glass of beer. Even after I had forgotten to return my key after checkout, the host offered me to drive me back to the station in order to get the train. This didnt feel like typical service, it felt like pure genuine kindness and pride for a lovely business. If you're in Kanazawa you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not going here. Even if you're not staying, swing by for lunch or one of their extensive range of teas.

娘の大学受験に2泊3日の予定で予約をしましたが、後日一泊追加で予約することになり3泊4日利用させて頂きました。2泊予定の部屋が空いていなかったため1泊は別の部屋を利用する予定でしたが調整して頂き3日間とも同じ部屋へ宿泊させて頂きました。ひとりで宿泊、受験と緊張をしていた娘ですがモーニングコールの依頼にも快く引き受けてくださったり帰りには「また遊びに来てくださいね」とお手紙を 添えてくれるなど心暖まるおもてなしに感謝です。 ありがとうございました。 また是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Very convenient location. Walk about 10' from the east exit of the Kanazawa station. Easy to find. The stairs are steep and the owner helped me to carry my luggage to the 1/F, where my bed was. When I was back at night, he showed me around and gave me the necessary details in person. Even asked me to take my shower earlier because the hostel that night was fully booked by marathon runners who were joining the race today (Oct 29). He helped me to clear my problems about the special traffic arrangements on the marathon day as well. What a helpful and friendly host! The hostel is clean as well. Towels will be charged if needed.

The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming, and we had no difficulties communicating in English. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area and has a convenient bus stop nearby. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. 10/10 — I would definitely recommend!

The dorm was quite tricky to find on the sidewalk, walking from JR Kanazawa station, the sign was on a wall behind me, in the walkway leading into the building it was. One should look out to the left once you’ve reached the building. There were no staff when I checked in late at night around 10pm, but I received an email beforehand detailing the guest forms I should fill up and some other information. Once I arrived, there were other clear instructions about my bunk, luggage storage and house rules. The entry area had several books and leaflets about the area and a map indicating eateries and sightseeing locations recommended by staff, a useful touch. Some of it were in English too. The bunk was perfectly acceptable for a quick night sleep. The bed was wide and had lockable lockers to the side. Refreshments like drinks, snacks and noodles were also available for a small fee and payment was done via a tin box. Overall, very good value for money and it provided an opportunity to chat with other travellers staying by there. I chatted with someone from Taiwan and a local working at Kanazawa station’s tourist information centre. He was snowed in for the night and it’s worth noting that, it would be a struggle to haul luggage through heavy snow on the way to the property.

回來有一段時間了，想起寫評價。住了兩個晚上，旅館靠近一個市場。這個家庭式旅館，服務態度一般，説不上熱情。房間裏每天放一小瓶熱水，不夠就要下樓去取，樓梯比較窄。房間內沒有洗手間，夜裡不太方便。不過小澡池不錯。而且房價比市區的星級酒店還要貴，也就是體驗一次，下次不會再選了。 另外要説的是，服務枱十點鐘就打電話來催退房，我覺得是很不禮貌的。 總之，這家日式旅館並沒有給我留下温馨的感覺。

とても良かった！！！ 金沢行く時はまた泊まりたい！！！ スタッフの方も素敵な方ばかりで 気持ちよく3日間を過ごせて楽しい思い出になりました！

Otel istasyondan bir kilometre uzakta, otele bagajımı bırakmak için geldim ve 2 saat önce girişimi yaptılar, konaklama başına gecelik 200 ¥ ücret alıyorlar, yani Kanazawa'nın her yerinde durum böyle, çok güzel personel, bana kurabiye ısmarladılar, güzel, oda 507, oda küçük ama ihtiyacınız olan her şey var, su ısıtıcısı, buzdolabı, saç kurutma makinesi, şampuan, jel, ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi resepsiyondan satın alabilirsiniz, var asansörden çıkarken kulak tıkacı, talep üzerine ütü ve ütü masası temin edilir, 3. katta mikrodalga fırın vardır, balık pazarının yakınında çamaşır yıkayabilirsiniz, lezzetli sashimi ve diğer deniz ürünleri lezzetleri, Family market, seven onbir, tüm turistik mekanlara yakın , çıkış saati 11'de (ki bu Japonya için nadirdir), çıkıştan sonra bagajınızı bırakabilirsiniz, bu oteli seçtiğim için çok memnunum, personelin sıcak karşılaması için teşekkürler, kesinlikle geri döneceğim, Ben tavsiye ediyorum!!!
