Good capsule and great super sento included, hot water and cold water bath, huge sauna and so on, basically you can have all night fun in spa for the price of sleep, highly recommended

First off, do not trust Google Maps for directions. The directions take you up the alley behind the hotel. The hotel opens on the main street (Hwy. 119 is what Maps indicates). This is an absolutely great little hotel, well located, clean and everything about the hotel I noticed, well looked after. It has a small, functional onsen that I used. I was in their hostel section, a single bed, capsule style. A little tough for a creaky, bad knees, old person like me but a great stay. They have a small, affordable breakfast buffet (Oriental-style) for purchase that is decent with a variety of different dishes. And they have a machine that dispenses excellent, fresh coffees and other beverages. It is a 2-star hotel and I will give it a 5 star rating as a 2 star hotel. Very good little hotel.

Service was excellent! Some staff can speak English. Busy hotel but got enough parking. Location is convenient, there are restaurant nearby. Room is semi-double but we got enough space. Got breakfast however the breakfast time is pretty early from 6am to 8:30am. (Check out time is 10am) We went down at 7:45am, but food was almost gone, but staff no refill anymore, this might need to be improved. Also the room inside and the bathroom are a bit old, carpet is a bit dirty, this might need to be improved too. But overall, its pretty good to stay a few nights.

Convenient place just across Tobu Nikko station. For one night we had all we needed in our twin room, which was like a studio: private bathroom, kitchen corner with microwave, kettle, sink and fridge (no kitchen amenities), balcony with view. Heating and heated blanket did their job in the cold night. There’s a Supermarket and a Laundry service close by. The hotel needs for sure some maintenance and insulation can be improved as it was very cold. The only way to get to upper floors is by elevator, as I tried using the stairs but they were blocked by piles of sheets, which is not ideal as there should be emergency exits! Not really a budget accommodation compared to other places I stayed in Japan and for the standard offered.

初めて利用しましたが、とても良い滞在になりました。部屋は清掃が行き届いていて、ベッドも寝心地が良かったです。チェックイン・アウトの手続きもスムーズで、スタッフの方々が笑顔で対応してくれたのが印象的でした。周辺に飲食店やコンビニも多く、とても便利でした。次回もまた泊まりたいと思います。

Гостевой дом находится рядом станциями и рядом с автобусными остановками- очень удобно и быстро добираться. Хозяйка очень приветливая и добрая. Все нам рассказала и дала карты и посоветовала куда сходить и как добраться. Фантастический завтрак, хотя на сайте написано - питание не предоставляется. Однако нас 3 раза покормили и это было просто невероятно! Рядом есть магазины 7/12 и недалеко супермаркет. Хозяйка давала нам большие зонтики при сильном дожде и маленькие-складные, если дождь планировался только к вечеру. Очень все понравилось и хотели бы вернуться снова! Большое спасибо за теплый прием и заботу! Здоровья и всяческих благ хозяйке и ее мужу! Очень сожалеем, что не спросили имени хозяйки:-(

First time staying in a dorm type but this place is good! The place is great for people who want to walk way up to their stay. It will take you at least 20 to 25 minutes. People are nice :)
