Great stay at Lucky Namba Osaka! The room may look small at first, but it’s actually spacious, very comfortable, and well organized. Super convenient location too. Highly recommended!

Spacious and comfortable bed, the kitchen is compact and everything you need is available. Unfortunately while our stayed, the sauna and gym on renovation so we cannot access it. There’s an ribbon restaurant next to it and the food is great!

Very effective check in and check out procedures; QR Code which saved time. Convenient place to 7 Eleven just next building, many restaurants and shops nearby. Train Station is just 5 minutes walk away.
Very clean and spacious for a family. I love it.

It was a good hotel! It has awesome location, very quick check-in, an option for storing your luggage after check-out. A lot of stores and interesting food spots near hotel.
However, the cleanliness could be better. We saw a cockroach BUT in the lobby. We didn’t see them in our rooms at 3d floor. Also the rooms are quite small but it is not a minus. It is just the way it is in Japan
Overall, it is not pricey and it pays of well. Even exceeds expectations in some ways. I would consider it again for my stay!

We enjoyed our Stay. It's a new hotel and built in 2024. Love their design and decorations with yellow color. Especially the guest room, comfy chairs and pillows you can relax and enjoy free treats with 2 cute minions. 😊 Staff are very nice and attentive. Good location and cleanliness.

The hotel is located just next to the train station, literally 5 mins walk.
The only strange thing is the policy of eco clean and full clean.
There is a weird odor sometimes because of the factory next to it.
Hotel is really close to the places you want to visit.

Excellent location, near 2 train lines (Nankai main line for Osaka KIX airport and Sakaisuji metro to Osaka central train station) - both are ab 10-minutes walk on even road, and is easy walking distance to many tourist attractions. Friendly staff who even allowed me for an early check-in. Highly recommended for those who look for a quiet area yet easy access to major places of interest and who want to save budget by cooking own meal.

Also the comfort in the room is amazing, we really liked to stay 🤗 Plus, the view from the balcony is unbelievable. If you want to feel like a local, book right now!
Down point: if you are too tall, be careful of your head in the bathroom 😉

TTellaThe hotel is convenienty located about 8min walk from the east entrance of Shin Osaka railway and about 15min walk from the M line section of the station. From these stations we found it easy to visit all the tourist attractions we wanted to see.
the self check in takes a little while to get used to but tits fine, it all worked well. but thats why its hard to rate service because we really didnt meet with anyone
the room with a personal washing machine and microwave was extremely convenient. and large trashcans. so even though they didnt service the room daily, clean up was easy
the beds were comfortable and the size was great. i would happily stay here or at another Minn apartment type hotel again

1. Room and toilet is clean and amenities are provided. Will not provide picture of the rooms as is exactly like in the picture.
2. Soundproof was actually good as there is a small balcony overseeing train station and I like the view of it.
3. Walking distance, approx 10 mins or more depending on your walking speed to Tsutentaku, Shinsekai or Donki.
4. I highly would like to say “Arigato” and praise the host for responding to all my questions before checking in and during my check-in progress (when I encounter issue). They respond to all my queries on time.
5. The train station located nearby has JR, Metro or Nankai lines, which can bring you directly to Minoh-Kayano Station, Tennoji, Namba, Umeda, Osaka or Kansai Airport. A proper planning is require to take your require train.
Cons:
1. We have 2 medium and 1 small luggages and barely can open full 2 medium luggage despite having a closet. 1 small luggage can be open fully in the middle between the 2 beds but it will block the walking to the balcony (if require to go there).
2. The kitchen and toilet area, gets quite cold during the night and the heater cannot reach that area. Not sure if the floor has a warmer.
3. Despite there is a train station nearby, still require to walk approx. 8 mins above depending on your walking speed. If you are coming with JR train, there were no lift or escalator at the nearby exit to the stay. We had to carry all the luggages down till the exit. However, if you are taking Nankai lines to the airport, then no issue with the luggage as there are 1 lift operating at the nearby entrance.
4. The road at night gets quite lonely and scary if you are walking alone but I believe is alright in Japan.
5. No eateries/restaurants and convenience mart within the 5 mins walk.
Overall, I enjoy my stay here and I always stay at this area during my travel to Osaka due to lesser crowd and convenience to reach airport. One thing to note, do complete all the pre-registration that the host has email you in order for a smooth check-in. Again, I would like to thank the host for the great hospitality and responding to my queries.

JJoycepuiyitangWe didn’t expect too much from the hotel as we were only there to shower and sleep for a few hours before our early morning flight at Kansai airport.
To our surprises the self-check in was so convenient as we arrived very late. The room and bathroom was extremely clean!
A large convenience store downstairs plus a ramen place that opens till midnight, which was amazing.
We truly enjoyed our short stay and would definitely come back if we are flying at Kansai airport again in the future!

We were very impressed with our stay at this hotel in Japan. Although it’s an unmanned, room-only hotel with self check-in starting at 4 PM, our experience went far beyond our expectations.
We arrived early with a large amount of luggage—five large suitcases and four smaller bags—and hoped to just drop them off before check-in. Fortunately, we met a hotel worker, who we believe was a housekeeper. She was incredibly kind and helpful. She immediately contacted a hotel staff member and kindly offered to take care of all our luggage, bringing it up to our room after it had been cleaned.
She also explained the self check-in procedures and how to access the building, which was very helpful since there are no staff members normally present. We didn’t expect that level of support at all—it was clearly not part of her job, but she helped us willingly and with such a great attitude. We’re very grateful for her kindness.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was fantastic—close to various train lines (railway, subway, and local), duty-free shops, convenience stores, and many other attractions.
Highly recommended! We’d definitely stay here again.
