I stayed at this onsen hostel and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring the area. The staff spoke English, which made communication smooth, and the place had a nice mix of Japanese and Western atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. That said, I was hoping for a more traditional, authentic onsen experience. Still, it’s a great option for travelers looking for comfort and accessibility.

Pro: - cooked amazing vegetarian dinner and breakfasts (without dashi) - stunning isolated location in the mountain (7 hours from tokyo) - open baths are beautiful and open around the clock - room was spacious and calm Con - you need to call them to plan your pickup. They don t really answer written messages online - strong tobacco smell in the first shuttle bus but not for the return

上州武尊に登りに来た際に利用しました とても明るく 清潔感もよく オーナーも親切な素敵なアットホームな宿です。 シャワーもしっかり湯量が出ます キッチンも清潔で 次回は使ってみたいです 音が気になる方は、耳栓は必要です。 ドアの開閉や廊下を歩く音は響きます。 また　友人を誘い　1階のバーも 利用したいです

非常好的温泉酒店，一泊二餐，非常划算。早晚餐都是自助餐，自助餐琳琅滿目，非常好，特別是有經驗的牛排還有鮮榨橙汁（當場榨橙汁），還有先做的香蕉奶昔。晚上還有日式民族歌舞表演，還有可愛的草津紀念品非常卡哇伊，很難忘很喜歡很滿足的一次旅行，還有房間自帶的温泉，一直保持38度水温，當温泉水位下降時會自動加水，最經驗是房間的備品是高絲高端洗護髮用品，還有高端電吹風和麪部洗護用品化粧水、潤膚露、沒發產品等等，還有和服備品好幾件。另外預訂室內風呂房間可以下午2：00-7：00享受行政酒廊待遇，還能泡新開的別館VIP温泉，基本就是包場了，非常nice

位置距離温泉石板街比較遠，位置在半山的，但服務員有禮，我哋一到門口泊車已經出來迎接，仲帶埋上房啊！check out 也一直等我地上車開走因鞠躬先返回酒店😅令我地想影下相也唔好意思啊

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมากเลยค่ะ มีที่จอดรถ อาหารเย็นอร่อย บุฟเฟ่อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยดี บ่อน้ำพุร้อนสาธารณะของโรงแรมก็สะอาดดี มีหลายบ่อให้เลือกแช่ พนักงานบริการดีพูดอังกฤษได้ค่ะ ห้องที่จองไปตอนแรกนึกว่าจะได้ห้องแค่พอดี3คน แต่ปรากฎว่าได้ห้องกว้างมากกกก น่าจะจุได้ราวๆ7-8คนเลย แม้โรงแรมจะเก่าแต่โดยรวมถือว่าคุ้มค่า

因為前一天住的飯店讓我不太滿意，到了聚樂一進去咖啡及點心是迎賓，早晚都是自助餐，樣式及口味都很不錯，晚上7:30還有音樂會，一整個感覺很舒服

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed here for 2 comfortable nights. Their staffs service are awesome, friendly and helpful. Especially Ms Yumiko service is always smiling, approachable, helpful and kind, who served us 2 nights for our meals with compassion. Room was comfortable with delicious authentic Japanese meals send our room. Onsen hot bath was clean with nice mountain view. Highly recommended to stay in this Onsen Inn. Very quiet, peaceful and calm place to rest 👍🏻

There were also cups, a tea pot, satchels of green tea, and an electric kettle to prepare tea in the room. The onsen bath was very hot and wonderful and the futon and pillows were comfortable. 5/5 experience!

The place is a little old but super clean and cute. Beautiful mountainview from the room. Would really recommend! Arigato gozaimasu.

荻荻原嘉一郎急に日曜宿泊の一泊で予約しました。週末ではないので空きが多いと思い確認したら紅葉の時期からほぼ毎日満室とのこと。 石段横のロケーション、食事内容の豪華さから納得はしましたがそれなりの金額。妻は大満足しており次回を急かされております。
