"We are a group of 4 pax travelling , we love this hotel , short walk from train station We opt for the room with breakfast and dinner , really good and sumptuous food prepared and we were given a private room to enjoy our meal Onsen just conveniently at lower ground , public indoor and outdoor . We love it Staff are all very service Overall I highly recommend anyone who wants to look for authentic ryokan stay at kinugawa"

"新しい事もありますが、本当に素晴らしいホテルで、スタッフの皆様の対応も気持ちよく利用出来ました ただ、浴室のキャパが狭過ぎて、特に女性側はいつも混雑していて入りたい時に入れなかったのだけが難点でした 時期的なものも有るとは思いますし改善も難しい所ですが、別棟の大浴場とかあったら最高です リアルタイムで混雑状況を確認出来るシステムは素晴らしいと思います 勝手な要望ばかりですみません ほんとは満点つけさせていただきたい素晴らしいホテルです。ありがとうございました"

"가족여행으로 온천이 있고, 주젠지 호수와 가까운 거리인 점이 좋아서 예약했습니다. 실제로 경험한 호텔은 기대 이상이었습니다. 차를 이용해서 갔는데 주차장부터 나와서 주차를 도와주시고, 체크인이나 방 설명을 너무 친절하게 해주셔서 체크인 하자마자 만족스러웠습니다. 지나다니시는 모든 직원분들이 웃으면서 인사해주시는 모습도 인상적이었습니다. 온천은 제대로 된 유황온천이라서 냄새는 장벽이 있지만 피부가 매끈해지는 걸 보면 하루에 두번씩 하게 됩니다. 밥도 깔끔하게 잘 나오는 편이었고, 방도 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 특히, 지배인분이 영어로 의사소통이 너무 원활하시고, 주변 관광지 추천을 잘해주셔서 일본 현지인만 가는 곳들을 볼 수 있었습니다. 잊을 수 없는 닛코 추억을 이 호텔 덕분에 만들었습니다. 다음에도 닛코를 가게 되면 망설이지 않고, 이 호텔을 묵을 예정입니다."

"first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan"

"The hotel is great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities like karaoke, a game center, and more. I visited with my family, a total of 14 people, and they were able to arrange a private room for us for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were buffet-style and absolutely delicious. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the view from the onsen was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the Kinugawa River. However, there was one issue: when we checked in, the reception took our passports for photocopying. Unfortunately, they missed returning one of the passports to us. It wasn’t until after we checked out and reached our next stop that we realized one passport was missing. We had to go back to the hotel to take it. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel."

"This appears to be a new hotel only 11 minutes walk from the train station. It was probably the tallest building in town. The room was very clean as well as the facilities. We arrived at 2:00 and were hoping they would let us check in early but we could only check in, but had to wait until 3:00 to go to the room. They made others wait as well. They did have free alcohol from 6:00-9:00pm in the lobby. The breakfast was okay but not much variety. The room was nice, but probably the smallest I have stayed in while in Japan. It was a quick train ride to Ashikaga Flower Park which was nice since that was the reason we came here. The bed wasn’t soft but it wasn’t terribly hard either. Over all, a decent place to stay except for the size of the room."

"酒店要下午三點才能入內，之前的時間要整理打掃，之前衹有3點入住。還是第一次遇到提早到了不能進酒店的！服務人員不多，可能太忙了吧。不過房間還算不錯，晚餐也是送餐到房間，還有一箇中國女生服務我們，這麼偏僻的地方還有中文服務員倒是很難得。大堂有自助吧，飲料可以隨意取用。"

"Когда вы планируете посетить этот отель, надо понимать что это исторический отель, в не супер новомодный) нам отель очень понравился, не так далеко от станции, правда если своим ходом - то от остановки надо подняться в гору ( а с чемоданом это не очень удобно) но есть трансфер - нужно уточнять) номера в старом стиле, мягкие кровати удобные подушки, стандартный завтрак, по меню можно за дополнительную плату что-то ещё заказать. В целом как исторический отель ок)"

Women typically wear a towel in the mixed onsen, while men use a small towel for modesty while walking between baths. Lunch is available in the main hall. Stunning breakfast and dinner in dining room. Waterfall right next to the outdoor baths, great view."
