"親子で宿泊しました。まだホテルが出来てから7年と新しいホテルであることもありますが、ロビー、お部屋、お風呂、レストランもよく清掃されていて綺麗でした。 アメニティも充実していて、クレンジング、洗顔、フェイスローション、フェイスミルクのボトルもお部屋にありました。DHCのホテル用アメニティで使い心地も良かったです。 飲み物も、緑茶、ほうじ茶、紅茶、アップルティー、コーヒーと種類も豊富で、おしゃれなデロンギの電気ケトルも良かったです。 夕食、朝食はどちらも和食をいただきましたが、とても美味しかったですし、レストランの方達の対応も良くて満足でした。 夕食は、１つ１つのお料理は少量ずつですが、種類が多いので、女性はデザートが来るまでにお腹がいっぱいになって来ます。沢山食べる男性には少し足りないかもしれないので、おかわり出来る炊き込みご飯を食べたり、お夜食処の麺を食べたらいいのかなと思います。 お野菜もお魚もあり、体にも良さそうなご飯ですが、好き嫌いが多いお子様にはバイキングのあるホテルがいい部分があると思います。 売店のお土産は、那須のお菓子や、フルーツパーク森の風のジャム、お酒、キーホルダー、子供のおもちゃなどがありますが、最低限の品揃えという感じ。 お土産を見ることが好きな私には少し物足りなかったですが、観光中には色々なお店があるので、ホテルでは温泉やお部屋でゆっくり過ごせるようにとホテル側の意図があるのだと思いました。 温泉は、部屋から持って行くバスタオルやフェイスタオル、濡れたタオルを入れられるビニール袋や靴下も濡れても大丈夫な籠が部屋に用意されていて便利でした。 内風呂、露天風呂、様々な温泉に浸かることが出来て、気持ち良かったし、楽しかったです。 天気が悪くて、夜は星空が見えなかったことが残念でしたが、そこは運次第。 お風呂上がりには無料のアイスキャンディーやフルーツビネガードリンクが用意されていました。 評価が良くて行ったら、思っていたほどではなくてガッカリした経験がありますが、こちらのホテルは落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルで、大人には本当に最高のホテルでした。 また行きたいと思います。"

"酒店要下午三點才能入內，之前的時間要整理打掃，之前衹有3點入住。還是第一次遇到提早到了不能進酒店的！服務人員不多，可能太忙了吧。不過房間還算不錯，晚餐也是送餐到房間，還有一箇中國女生服務我們，這麼偏僻的地方還有中文服務員倒是很難得。大堂有自助吧，飲料可以隨意取用。"

"first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan"

"Nikko Station hotel Classic located at a strategic location:-👍 (a) opposite its hotel ( cross the zebra crossing) is the entrance of JR Nikko Station 🚉 ( JR Nikko line 💚) -5-8mins walk (2) clean n neat modern Japanese bed with rather big bathroom (3) morning breakfast is at level one with 24hrs coffee n tea vending machine besides for hotel guests . Hotel guests can enjoy their slow slipping of coffee ☕️ n private chats at private area besides. (4) hotel breakfast is simple but its sufficient for both of us. We simply love to enjoy a big warm bowl of curry rice with hard boiled eggs 🥚 🥚 n some bread 🍞 n toasts. (5) Simply falls in love with its Sukura restaurant its Tempura Don. very delicious 😋👍 although its small . (6) Hotel is conveniently located along a long stretch of shopping streets with another Railway station ( Tohoku station 🚉) nearby. (7) Hotel is very near to Local bus-stop , local buses ,tourist heritage buses n stations."

"ラウンジがあることを知らずに行ったのですが、 お酒もお菓子も充実していて、 清潔感＆高級感もあり、クリスマスツリーもあって、 とってもリラックスして友人とおしゃべりを楽しむことができました！ 館内は全て清潔で、文句なしです！ お風呂も綺麗で広くて、2時間くらい露天風呂を楽しんじゃいました😆🫶🏻 お風呂上がりのドリンクも美味しいです。 とーっても贅沢に時間の流れるホテルでした。 山の景色も美しいです。 ありがとうございました❤️"

"This appears to be a new hotel only 11 minutes walk from the train station. It was probably the tallest building in town. The room was very clean as well as the facilities. We arrived at 2:00 and were hoping they would let us check in early but we could only check in, but had to wait until 3:00 to go to the room. They made others wait as well. They did have free alcohol from 6:00-9:00pm in the lobby. The breakfast was okay but not much variety. The room was nice, but probably the smallest I have stayed in while in Japan. It was a quick train ride to Ashikaga Flower Park which was nice since that was the reason we came here. The bed wasn’t soft but it wasn’t terribly hard either. Over all, a decent place to stay except for the size of the room."

"We are a group of 4 pax travelling , we love this hotel , short walk from train station We opt for the room with breakfast and dinner , really good and sumptuous food prepared and we were given a private room to enjoy our meal Onsen just conveniently at lower ground , public indoor and outdoor . We love it Staff are all very service Overall I highly recommend anyone who wants to look for authentic ryokan stay at kinugawa"

"雖然位置稍微偏了一點，但是整體環境還是很不錯，窗戶外面就川流不息的鬼怒川，視野很不錯。接待我們的是一位尼泊爾員工，會用英語跟我們介紹酒店，包括用餐地點和泡溫泉的時間。吃飯時也會給我們介紹食材，還會跟我們閒聊一會，服務還是很到位的。有班車可以送到鬼怒川溫泉站和鬼怒川公園站。第二天因為班車上只有我和我朋友兩人，於是詢問是否方便送到鬼怒川大橋，司機也很nice，直接把我們送到了大橋口，省去了我們拉箱子趕路的囧樣！"
