Hotel localizado dentro do Centro Comercial Plaza Madeira. Difícil achar pois a entrada é pelo Shopping (?) ou pela garagem privada em baixo do shopping. Pouca informação e difícil de entender como chegar a recepção pela garagem. Até o Waze se embaralhou para achar o hotel. Sobimos 2 ascensores e entramos em porta com campainha, corredor estrito e depois um terraço a descoberto. Daí uma porta de vidro pesada para acessar pelo lounge de eventos. Piso todo de cascalho (pedra) com rolamento difícil das malas com rodas. Apesar da maratona (jogo escape) o hotel é boutique como visual bonito e com uma café da manhã de um 5 estrelas. Se melhorassem a chegada para recepcionar os clientes como é costume nos Hotéis 5 estrela ficaria um Luxo só. o aquecimento da piscina no Terrace seria uma mais valia.
Quartos limpos e minibar ”on demand”. Gostamos até do robô que recolhe os pratos e utensílios do café.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Lido area; great restaurants around the hotel and the airport bus stops right outside the hotel (return cost 8 euros)! Staff really friendly also and the team arranged a little surprise for my partner s birthday also. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was really good too with lots of choices. Hotel amenities were good too. All in all a great hotel. We also enjoyed the 30min walk to the old town from hotel but appreciate this may not be for everybody…though plenty taxis and the local bus route are a skip and a hop away.

The hotel is old, but everything looks nice and shabby.
A lot of stairs to the sea, but also there is elevator.
Normal breakfast, a lot of pastry, but for my tasty could be more fresh vegetables, avocado and etc..
Nice, big rooms with cozy doors lile from movie lord of the ring.

Место и виды были потрясающими. Персонал был везде приветлив кроме ресепшена. Ни приветствия ни улыбки . Только одно это испортило впечатление от отдыха в этом отеле . Но я думаю это стечение обстоятельств.

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

The Royal Savoy undoubtedly occupies the best location for the leisure traveller. Since 2004, when it first opened on the site of the original Savoy Lido, this hotel is popular with all ages, newcomers, and regulars year after year.
Recently refurbished the hotel fails to disappoint

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Pestana Grand Hotel. Das Klientel der Gäste war 60+ ,was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
Das Essen könnte etwas mehr gewürzt sein und nach einer Woche Halbpension war es genug.
Die Matratzen waren anfangs echt weich aber ich habe dann doch gut geschlafen. Das Internet ist sehr schwach, aber irgendwie überall auf der Insel, zum Arbeiten nicht ausreichend m.E..
Alles in allem war es aber eine super erholsame Woche U d abends gab es fast immer Life music (für das ältere Semester:-) )

NNia TravelsA beautiful beachfront hotel that is perfect for romantic getaways and a cheaper alternative, yet still luxury, to standard 5 star hotels. Location wise the hotel isn’t great as it’s very remote from the strip/city centre and taxi prices are not particularly cheap in Madeira. The rooms are spacious and stunning, well worth it with a great selection for the breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants/options for dinner. A lovely love band/musician plays every night which is also great. Overall a wonderful stay with much friendly staff, however if you are looking to do much sightseeing in Madeira, this hotel is not the best option unless a significant amount is left for travel.

Хочешь - шведский стол, хочешь в рестораны ходи, и даже кофейня своя, где очень вкусный кофе! Вечера мы проводили в баре - пили вкусные коктейли, танцевали. Рядом красивая тропа - мыс Сао Лоренцо. Есть шатл до города Фуншал, что очень удобно. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

La colazione è molto abbondante e sono presenti anche prodotti km0. Anche la posizione è molto buona: si trova circa 20 minuti da Funchal. Consigliato!

SSubramaniam’sService and food was excellent, with beautiful ocean views and infinity pool. Pool table was good but not much activities at teen club. Steam room was out of service during our trip. Overall a good, relaxing break.
