I am generally pleased with the hotel's facilities and breakfast, as they have met my expectations in many aspects. However, I believe that a more welcoming and accommodating attitude from the staff would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, improving their English proficiency, particularly in customer interactions, would be highly beneficial in providing more seamless and professional service to international visitors.

Good - location is great, 15 min walking to shopping arcade - great view, residing right next to the river and cherry blossom. - great service, they speak both English and Japanese and offer free parking while staying - room is clean and tidy, and the washroom is stainless clean Can better - insufficient parking slot, may need to look for parking if they ares full and maybe expensive

Check-in and check-out was fuss-free. Room was clean and a good size for two persons, while hotel is within walking distance to the Airport Limo. There were also no issues with delivering luggage to the hotel. Highly recommended.

A hotel that gives a 5 star feel. Warm welcoming from the moment we reach till we leave the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good too. Located within walking distance from the train station and shopping street. Overall was a wonderful experience.

The overall environment was great. However, there’s one thing I’m extremely dissatisfied with—the walls! The wall between my room and the next is incredibly thin, and it even shakes. I have no idea what kind of ******* is staying next door, but around 12:30 a.m., they suddenly started banging on the wall multiple times. My bed is right up against that wall, and it shook violently three or four times, waking me up in shock. After that, about every hour, they kept hitting the wall again, making it shake like it was during an earthquake. I honestly never expected a hotel room at ANA to have walls of such poor quality! Even now, thinking back to that night still frightens me. 全体的な環境はとても良かったです。ただ、一つだけどうしても納得できない点があります——それは壁です！私の部屋と隣の部屋の壁が非常に薄く、揺れるほどです。隣の部屋にどんな狂人が泊まっているのかわかりませんが、夜中の12時半ごろ、急に何度も壁を叩き始めました。私のベッドはその壁にくっついているため、壁が激しく揺れ、3〜4回ほどで目が覚めてしまいました。その後も1時間おきくらいに壁を叩かれ、まるで地震のように壁が歪むような感覚でした！まさかANAのホテルの壁がこんなにひどいとは思ってもみませんでした。今でもあの夜のことを思い出すと、怖くなります。

從JR松山站乘電車5號線到道後温泉站下車，穿過商業街，就可以看到酒店。晚餐和早餐都是自助餐。驚喜的是，酒店內的小店竟然還賣Akoya的珍珠，桔子也是直銷的，還可以試吃，有多種味道，真的不錯。松山內的有軌電車，憑JRpass，都是免費乘坐。商業街口有個鍾，每逢整點，都會自動轉出小木偶人，很有趣。

This site of the hotel is very good. It is just one minute' walking distance from the train stop and easily found. It is just at the shopping area and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Besides, the breakfast is tasty and full of variety. I was very satisfied with this hotel.

この度は、父母のリクエストで今治国際ホテルに宿泊させて頂きました！両親もとても喜んで「きれいなホテルで朝食バイキングも美味しかった！」と満足しております。ロビーも大変厳かな雰囲気で素晴らしかったです！！お値段もリーゾナブルでとても嬉しく大満足の旅になりました！ありがとうございました！

近場でゆっくり過ごそうということで、こちらを予約させていただきました。 スタッフの皆様親切で、とても丁寧にしていただきました。食事は量も多く、地物を使っていて美味しくいただきました。 宿泊する場所から食事場所まで少しだけ坂を歩きますが、緑も多くてどんなご飯が出てくるか楽しみだねと言いながら歩くのにちょうどいい距離感です。 お部屋のお風呂も温泉をひいているとのことでしたが、常に一定の温度で保たれており、4人だったのですがお湯が冷めることもなくお風呂も楽しむことができました。 宿泊者はガラス美術館も見ることができます。 とても穏やかで楽しいひと時を過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。

結論としては、同じ金額払うならこういうタイプのホテルではなく、通常のホテルが私的には合っていると思いました。再訪はないと思います。 【部屋】 想像していたよりも清潔感がありよかったです。ただやはり、古民家のため窓そのものが完全に閉まりきらず虫が入り放題だったのは残念。 【設備】 水回りは現代的でよかったですが、お風呂のシャワーの位置が微妙でした。 温度調整する部分が下にありすぎるのと、椅子は低すぎでした。 【スタッフ】 人によってばらつきがあり、そこがすごく残念でした。例えば、朝食会場では、説明をしてくれる日とそうでない日があり、スタッフによってサービスのレベルが異なります。 また、朝食会場は終始慌ただしくバタバタと足音を立てるので落ち着いて食事ができなかったです。
