They even unfolded a map to provide a detailed guide to Dalian’s highlights and the surroundings of the hotel. Politeness and warmth are truly at the heart of their service here. Guests need not feel uneasy in this unfamiliar city—the care they receive makes all the difference. While the InterContinental brand lives up to its renowned reputation, it is truly the active dedication of the hotel staff that brings it to life. At the front desk, Grace Zhao left a bright and wonderful first impression of the hotel, and her kindness made me forget I was in a new place. The next day, Lily Xia kindly introduced me to the excellent breakfast and local Dalian specialties, offering me the chance to truly savor them—she is one of those who showed me what the ”Dalian smile” and genuine warmth are all about. As I finished breakfast, the cup of warm coffee she offered felt like more than just a drink—it was a gentle gesture, as if to say, ”We won’t let you leave empty-handed or without a fond memory.” Personally, I feel that InterContinental Hotel truly has many wonderful people working here. It is also evident that the hotel invests actively and continuously in staff training. Located in the heart of Dalian, InterContinental Dalian enjoys an excellent geographical advantage, making it convenient and quick to get anywhere. The amenities here leave nothing to be desired—during my visit on a cold day, I enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities, which were thoroughly satisfying. The dining options are also diverse, catering to different tastes and offering delightful culinary experiences. Moreover, the room facilities, cleanliness, and the prompt, kind service from all the staff are advantages not easily found elsewhere in the area. As someone who travels frequently to this region for work, I can say with confidence: if asked about this hotel’s greatest strength, I would not hesitate to say it is the remarkable harmony of its people, location, and facilities. I can genuinely say I have no regrets about leaving this review under my real name. If you wish to fully enjoy Dalian’s scenery, flavors, and people, this hotel is the wisest choice. Especially friends like Grace and Lily will leave you with the most beautiful memories of Dalian. The service was absolutely amazing—they went above and beyond to make our stay special. "We were travelling as a famliy of four with two boys. We chose the hotel because of reviews and great location. Locations is outstanding, a lot of places to eat nearby, german restaurant on B1 floor, several big shopping malls in walking distance (don't make our mistake, there are TWO big supermarkets in those buildings, one in Mykal, the better and bigger one in the building in front of it). In shopping malls there are restaurants and food courts which is convenient. For us it's been useful because my younger boy is quite selective in food preferences. Hotel personnel had been nice and helpful, not a single issue with them. In the hotel there is swimming pool and some bathing area with smaller pools at different temperature. A great place to attend after long-long day in Dalian. Food selection for breakfast is also quite nice. What issues we had during our stay: Aircon had been barely working. Definitely insufficient for four people in one room, it was too warm to sleep, we had to keep window open at night to try to make it to comfortable temperature. Mosqiutos were terrible, it was suprise that insects made it to 18th floor, but I believe they got in through aircon system. In-room refrigerator had been terrible and not cooling anything. It would probably be similar if there was no refrigerator at all. Overall great place to stay."

"Room is clean but it is obvious that it has seen better days. Part of the closet door was spoilt, the leather on the chairs in the room is tattered, TV is extremely low definition for a supposedly 5 stars hotel. The sea view though is great, I guess that’s what everyone is paying for."

"Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room."

"Bayshore hotel was an amazing stay we stayed in the family suite and it met our expectations. Everything was clean and spacious, the breakfast was okay, they did t have much of a western spread but it was up to standards just the food was always cold. The location was great it was really close to Xinghai park and xinghai square. The only issue we had was the elevator I know the concept of the twin elevator was innovative but during peak time you would wait a good 5 to 10 min for the elevator. However the stay was great and I would definitely consider staying at bayshore hotel again."

Ancak Kale Otel'de bir gece konakladıktan sonra burayı çok sevdim. Odalar özellikle güzeldi ve otel bir tepede olduğu için manzarası da oldukça geniş ve büyüleyiciydi. İkinci gece diğer otelde kaldığımda, deneyimim Kale Otel'le kıyaslandığında çok kötüydü. Bu yüzden uğraşarak son gece için tekrar Kale Otel'e geri döndüm. Kalmadan önce sürekli Kale Otel'in tesislerinin eski olduğuna ve listenin başındaki diğer oteller kadar iyi olmadığına dair yorumlar görüyordum. Ancak giriş yaptığımda, tesislerin aslında ***et iyi bakıldığını ve endişelenmeye gerek olmadığını fark ettim. Odaların dekorasyonu ve tasarımı özenle hazırlanmış; Avrupa şatosu tarzında, kaba veya görgüsüz zengin tarzında değil. Otel lobisi ve manzara terası da olağanüstü güzeldi; harika fotoğraflar çekilebiliyordu, hatta bazıları sırf fotoğraf çekmek için özel olarak buraya geliyordu. Son olarak, ve çok önemli, otelin bize tahsis ettiği, güzel ve nazik bir hanımefendi olan misafir ilişkileri sorumlusunu özellikle takdir etmek isterim. Giriş yapmadan önce benimle iletişime geçti ve konaklamam boyunca da çok ***retli ve sorumluluk sahibiydi; herhangi bir konuda zamanında geri bildirim aldık.
