POS: very central location 50 mtr from casino and beach; historical building with old charm; quite big but with a family atmosphere; (my) room recently renovated; pleasant bar area; quiet; considering location reasonably priced. NEG: elavator super slow, tiny and shaky at times (7 floors); bathroom good but shower itself clumsy; staff could use some extra training ＞ in 4 days' stay there was always something not done or missing, and worst of all in spite of plenty of mgmt messages to save energy, in 2/4 days we came back late night and aircon had been switched on (by staff, not us), on a day it was barely 20 degrees, meaning complete waste of energy, and cost.

酒店位置好出入方便 酒店大堂酒吧整體感覺漂亮，裝飾很有藝術感。衹可惜我們沒有去享用。 房間乾淨衞生，但和酒吧和公共區域相比感覺一般。 酒店早餐不錯，東西豐富品質好。餐廳環境也漂亮。

Degelijk hotelletje. Correcte ontvangst. Kamer leek niet op de foto op Trip, maar het is niet duidelijk of dat aan het hotel lag. Kamer was prima, badkamer was verouderd, maar verder wel in orde. Matras was aan de harde kant en misschien aan vervanging toe. Uitzicht was top. Al bij al voor een lastminute in hoogseizen prijs/kwaliteit in orde.

Konumu iyi, Brugge tren istasyonunun hemen yanında. Yürüyerek yaklaşık 3 dakika sürüyor. Carrefour marketi binanın hemen altında, mükemmel bir konumda. Otel temiz ve rahat. Merkez pazara ve tarihi yerlere yaklaşık 20 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Genel olarak iyi olarak derecelendirilmiş.

很有設計感的一家酒店，就連負一層的衞生間都相當華麗。 早餐相對德國荷蘭那些同價位酒店來説，略顯簡單了些。但是相比比利時，意大利這幾個國家，也算平均水平以上。 距離火車站非常近，旁邊城堡裏有一家相當**的餐廳，裏面菜品非常棒！ 非常值得一試，下次還住這家！！

Harika bir konaklama geçirdik. Otel, Bruges'ün merkezinde, tüm turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesinde ve barlar ve restoranlarla çevrili, iyi bir konumda. Güler yüzlü ve yardımsever otel personeline ve mükemmel seçenekler sunan kahvaltıya özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim.

The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

Goed hotel.3x verbleven in hotel Mercure.1x verbleven in Blankenberge met boeking met bongobons. 2x verbleven in Oostende en zeer tevreden.een tip dat ik wil.meegeven is controleer het opvullen van de zepen in de doucheruimte.In Blankenberge de 2de dag leeg, in Oostende idem. Voor de rest TOP!

Hotel to be recommended Excellent experience, fantastic breakfast with a view, very attentive staff, very adequate (basic) room (the large ones must be great), very pleasant, almost luxurious environment, full of little touches, like chocolates on arrival, and a triple socket to plug all devices in one place. A place I will return to.

Çok güzel bir otel, iyi karşılama, odaların saat 15:00'te olması çok kötü. Saat 14:00'te vardık. Giriş için önceden 15 avro ödememiz istendi, diğer işletmelerde biraz fazla; ücretsiz, özellikle 1 saatliğine... Sauna güzel, kahvaltıda iyi bir seçki var, hem tatlı hem tuzlu yiyecekler yiyebileceğinizden emin olabilirsiniz. Standart oda yeterli, küçük numuneler ve 2 kahve kapsülü ve 2 çay poşeti olan Nespresso tarzı kahve makinesi var, ancak su ısıtıcısı yok. Rahat yatak, olumsuz yanı, tüm gece gürültü yapan küçük buzdolabı ve ısıtma da öyle.
