The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

The lifts to the seven floors are the slowest I have ever encountered. The hotel car parking spaces, when available, are very, very, very tight and only good drivers can access the spaces.

Very spacious room . Love the hotel location. Hidden away from the busy streets. Breakfast is not too bad. The river cruise is just located infront of the hotel. The Notre-Dame cathedral is just minutes of walk away . Many museums around us. Many lovely restaurants and shopping streets just minutes away. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Tuvalet ve duş odası aynı mekanda olup, bir duvarla ayrılmıştır. Kahvaltıda eğer seçmek zorunda kalsaydım sosis ya da pastırma isterdim. Odadaki dolaplarda asma kilit bulunması zorunludur. Bu dolaplar, el bagajı büyüklüğündeki valizleri bile sığdıramayacak kadar küçüktür; bu nedenle güvenlik nedeniyle, giyim, kozmetik ve tuvalet malzemeleri dışında tüm kişisel eşyalarınızı birinci kattaki soyunma odasında bırakmanız daha iyi olabilir. Tren istasyonunun ve bisiklet kiralama dükkanının tam karşısında stratejik bir konuma sahip olan otel, bagaj muhafazası için kullanışlı olanaklar sunuyor. Resepsiyon personeli güler yüzlüydü. Oda rahattı, ancak klima olsaydı daha iyi olurdu. Neyse ki, nazik temizlik görevlisi benim için bir vantilatör bulmak için elinden geleni yaptı.

Konum olarak Colmar’ın tam merkezinde, çok bilinen o yılbaşı ağacı ve oyuncakların hemen önünde, odaları ***et şık, rezepsiyon çok ilgili, Colmar’ın olanakları ile ilgili de bilgilendirme yapıldı. Bir daha gitsem düşünmeden kalırım. Teşekkürler.

Hôtel d'exception avec des chambres très raffinées. J'y retournerai dès que possible !

Great location between the train station and the Christmas market (main town). The morning-shift staff made me feel a little uncomfortable, they didn’t allow me to bring my small luggage into the breakfast room which I understood, but afterward two men (different time/room) were allowed to bring their checked luggage and sat right next to me that made me wonder why.. But despite that, the stay was really good

Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was of excellent quality, particularly the cremant. Location in the heart of the old quarter cannot be beat. We were given the room on the ground floor, ideal for people with heavy luggage. Noise was not a problem in mid-March. Would love to stay here again.
