Fabulous hotel! Service was excellent throughout the hotel including reception, concierge, restaurant/bar, housekeeping. When we checked in, the concierge was able to make a reservation on the spot for us at a very popular restaurant in Madrid!

Here is the best hotel in Madrid!! I visited most of the sightseeing place in Madrid and almost all is around hotel. the location is lovely. definitely I will stay here again. thank you!

일주일간 투숙한 SuperB 객실은 넓고 좋은데 코트야드뷰? 가든뷰는 무조건 피해야함. 새벽부터 들려오는 식당 셋업소리 달그락거리고 쨍그랑 깨지고 새벽 6시에 단잠을 깨우고 저녁에는 거을 매일밤 12시까지 음악소리때문에 잘못잤다는….이것만 아니었으면 완벽했을텐데…그 창문을 방음창문으로 바꾸는거 추천해요. 호텔 자체는 이쁘게 잘해놨음

Excellent stay, just as expected from this brand. I upgraded to a higher floor and bigger room for a small fee and really enjoyed the room; spacious, stylish, spotless, and with very comfortable bedding and pillows. The in-room entertainment was great, with a soundbar for Chromecast/YouTube, plus the option to request a turntable or guitar at no extra cost, which was a fun touch. I didn’t use the pool, bar, or restaurant since I preferred exploring the many great dining options within a 5–10 minute walk. The hotel’s location is good: very walkable to Atocha Station (my main reason for choosing it) and close to the city’s three major museums. For getting into town, buses are generally more convenient as the nearest metro is Line 1; for Line 3 (Lavapiés) it’s a short walk, but the route is lively with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way.

Junior süit, 4 kişilik bir aile için yeterince büyük olan bir kral yatak ve çift kişilik bir çekyatla harikaydı. Otel, barda karşılama içecekleri ve atıştırmalıklar sağladı. Odada ücretsiz Illy kahve kapsülleri ve kurabiyeler vardı. Junior süitteki minibar tamamen doluydu ve ücretsizdi. Tüm personel güler yüzlü ve nazikti. Nuria Pastor ve ekibine yolculuğumuzu çok özel kılan düzenlemeleri için teşekkürler. Arkadaşlarımıza kesinlikle burada kalmalarını tavsiye ederiz. Otel Voco ile bağlantılıydı. Ayrıca Voco otelinde açık büfe kahvaltı rezervasyonu yaptırdık; çocuklar için 15 EUR, yetişkinler için 19 EUR. Çok çeşitli yiyecek ve içecekler vardı.

Güzel konum ve kahvaltı harika, ayrıca çok sayıda yiyecek seçeneği var. Oda küçük, su şişeleri sadece ilk gece için ücretsiz olarak veriliyor, sonraki günler için değil. Hizmet harika ve otel personeli çok ilgili.

Getting around was easy with taxis and public transport nearby. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed in particular was excellent, which matters more than most people admit after a long day walking around Madrid. Housekeeping was consistent and the space felt well-maintained. Service was generally good. Staff were polite, helpful, and efficient, though not overly warm or memorable. Everything worked, no friction, but also nothing that really stood out. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, though it can get busy during peak hours. If you’re particular about a calm breakfast experience, go early. A couple of minor downsides. The hotel lacks a bit of character and personality, and depending on your room, soundproofing could be better. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable. Overall, voco Madrid Retiro is a reliable, comfortable option that does the basics very well. If you value convenience, cleanliness, and a quieter location over boutique charm, it’s a strong choice.
