"This is THE place to stay! Look no further! It's beautiful, peaceful, friendly, and super convenient (10-minute walk) from the Middle Gate (Zimugang) of the park, which is MUCH less crowded than the East Gate. We had a luxury corner room with a terrace and a spectacular view, and a 2-person sunken jacuzzi tub (with jets!) which was heavenly after hiking all day. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and plentiful, and dinner was equally tasty. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the infinity pool with a view, but it looks gorgeous. A big shout-out to KEVIN, the receptionist/concierge who speaks excellent English. He helped up in every conceivable way - from ordering multi-day tickets with unlimited rides, to giving us drop-offs and pick-ups to and from the park entrance, to planning three perfect Zhangjiajie Scenic Area days! A thousand thanks, Kevin!"
