Made a booking for 3 pax. On a tight budget but managed to find a hotel with onsen at kawaguchiko. Outside is just the red/green line bus stop 6, super convenient. Got a room that faces kawaguchiko at the highest floor. Tatami style was great, clean and strong AC. Especially loved the breakfast and dinner. Got the normal one instead of kaiseki, but it is the most memorable one we had.

グランドメキュールは3ヶ所目でした。八ヶ岳のホテルでは、キッズスペースが広くあるため子供が多い印象でした。ほかのグランドメキュールと異なり、ラウンジが2ヶ所あります。エグジクティブラウンジが使える部屋を予約したため比較的静かに過ごせました。静かに過ごしたい人には子供が多いことで気になることも多いのかなと思いました。スタッフの方はとても親切でした。ホテルの周りは何もないですが、ホテルステイを目的に行ったのでゆっくり過ごせました。リニューアルして数年のようで部屋も施設も綺麗でした。ロビーに給水所があるのも新しくてよかったです。 部屋にコーヒがないのと、食事の場からのコーヒーのテイクアウトがあったら嬉しかったです！

Cleanliness 10/10 The wet and dry area of the bathroom are separate. Everyday they will clean the room unless you decline the cleaning service. Location 10/10 The area is secluded, the place is very private. For someone who doesn’t like crowded places and love peace and quiet, this place is for you. Plus it has a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. It just so sad we only stayed 3days and 2nights, we checked-in late on our first day when Mt. Fuji showed up. We were busy looking for a place to eat since the hotel restaurant was already fully booked for dinner. The next day it rained and Mt. Fuji doesn’t show up until the day we left 😞 I suggest booking early if you want to eat dinner at the hotel since the nearest restaurant is already at the foot of the mountain which is 5-10minutes by car, and around 20-30minutes walk. The hotel provides free shuttle going down until 5:30pm only while until 8:00pm for picking up on yamanakako bus stop. For someone who loves to walk while enjoying the view, it really doesn’t matter but it tends to be dark and might be dangerous to walk at night time since it’s in the mountain side. Overall, I love the location, you won’t actually want to go out when you are in this resort. It has everything you need except hair conditioner 😅 Service 10/10 The staffs are really friendly and easy to talk with. All our requests were granted except booking dinner on our first night since we arrived late, though, the staff is very helpful to give us recommendations where to eat and helping us to book a shuttle. On the day of our check-out, the staff didn’t understand that we reserved the shuttle later that day to go out on the bus stop, but he immediately resolved it without arguing. Amenities 10/10 Amenities is complete but we haven’t used that since some of our members have tattoos and cannot use the sauna and onsen. While some of us are reserved and not used to being naked on the open 😂 Anyway, the rooms are spacious and we had a comfortable stay. We would definitely book this hotel again when we want to stay on a place with the view of Mt. Fuji. And we would love to recommend this place to our friends.

一人旅で利用しました。正直利用するまでは全く期待していませんでした。平日ということもあり人が少なく、大浴場とサウナをゆったり堪能できました。食事は入浴前に2階のレストランでカレーと水餃子を食べました。入浴後も小腹が空いたため2階の居酒屋に入店しました。値段の割に量もあって美味いし、24時まで営業しているので、たっぷり飲み食いしてそのまま自分の部屋で就寝というなんとも贅沢な体験ができました。是非リピートしたい施設でした。

我現在在甲府常盤酒店，已經想念這家酒店了，我房間可以喂錦鯉，住在園林裏，賞心悦目。酒店有石和温泉站接送，固定時刻，需預約，客人少沒預約不來的，我讓攜程預約的，也有出租車。走路到不了，車程十分鐘，到了酒店就看到哪哪都有錦鯉了，還放了很多奇石，好幾處園林美不勝收，我房間一樓日式A型旁邊臨水，可以喂錦鯉，太喜歡了買了4包魚食餵魚。定房時沒有一個人的一泊二食衹訂了房間，提前讓攜程追加了一份早晚餐，到店訂晚餐來不及，一樓的晚餐在房間吃，14000多日元，服務和送進房間的小姑娘非常漂亮可愛，禮節周到，雖然不會中文但特別細緻温柔，很好的孩子。晚餐有些口味一般但和牛很香，在房間看着園林吃很舒服開心。早餐二樓吃略簡單，價格3500日元左右，不貴。缺點就是一樓臨水太近了，晚上水流聲明顯，還好我備了質量好的耳塞，一般的估計遮不住聲音，衞生間無窗又是一樓還有個小便池有點味道，這家窗簾倒是遮光的，好評。温泉大浴場很好露天風呂很大，房間裏也有温泉，泡池淺了一點。沒定餐吃飯前面500米有便利店，對面晚上有居酒屋，中午要找找，酒店沒有中飯。lounge 24小時提供咖啡，品質很好，這是一次對於錦鯉愛好者來説非常精彩的住宿體驗，酒店客人不多但是在用心經營，房間插花很新鮮，吹風機是refa 的，有小豬保護沒有蚊子，我會再訂的，比常盤酒店漂亮多了，常盤房間裏是假花好low ｡

バンボやお風呂の貸し出しがあり、小さな子どもも一緒に温泉を楽しむことができました。 お部屋のドライヤーが壊れて使えませんでしたが、大浴場にドライヤーがあったのでなんとかなりました！静かで立地もよく落ち着いて過ごすことができました。

Japonya'da ilk sürüşümdü, uçuş gecikmesi nedeniyle geldiğimde saat çoktan gece yarısıydı. Manuel check-in olmadığını ve bunu kendi başımıza yapmamız gerektiğini düşündüm. Görevli adamın bizi beklediğini kim bilebilirdi ki, tüm yol boyunca koşarak check-in yapmamıza heyecanla yardımcı olduğunu görünce gerçekten çok mutlu oldum. . Hava karanlık olduğu için küçük kardeş bir karavan buldu ve valizlerimizi çadıra çekmemize yardım etti. Çok büyük bir çadırdı, içerisi çok sıcaktı ve yatak çok rahat ve büyüktü. En yakın arkadaşımla mutlu bir gece uykusunun ardından ertesi sabah kahvaltı yapmaya gittim. Tek başıma kahvaltı hazırlamak, kahve çekirdeklerini öğütmek ve kahve yapmak o kadar rahattı ki. Ve dışarı çıktığınızda bahçede Fuji Dağı'nı görüyorsunuz😃Oradaki su Fuji Dağı'nın suyu, çok lezzetli Bu gezinin en büyük sürprizi ileride tekrar gelip daha uzun süre kalacağım bu kamp oteliydi.

it was a beautiful and clean hotel.i will surely book again in this hotel for my next visit.there is also a restaurant and cafe shop inside the hotel so you can just order from your room and delivered in to your room.

房間超預期。看名字覺得是比較老舊的酒店。但實際是很新的。一層大堂有較大的區域可以工作會客。早餐不錯。室內乾淨整齊。被子舒服。以後還會去。
