Spa İçeren Kagoşima ili, Japonya Otelleri

Was upgraded from single bed to a large room with a sea view. It has a little balcony and was a great value. I could tell meals in the restaurant would be fabulous but too expensive for me. There are outdoor hot and warm pools but you have to change in your room and although there is a sort of back way in, it is not completely private as some rooms look down on it so may be expected to wear swimwear. The swimming pool is closed except for July and August.

This is my first leisure trip in 2025. That's a vey good experience trip with my wife. A modern and comfortable lobby lounge area provided a nice coffee area for a easy breakfast before my day trip. On the final day, i enjoyed the full buffet breakfast and staffs were really helpful with that gave people nice day beginning. Onsen provided me an refreshments daily and made me energetic, also relaxed me as happy ending. I forgot the female staff who received my fruit on 14Jan night. She and her colleague assist us to prepare the fruit which purchased outside. It was my nice dessert that night. Another memorable gentleman on 13Jan overnight, i was handling some business during overnight in sudden. Therefore, i went down lobby to complete it. He approached me for assistance and offering me help for wifi service. For the design of lobby, this is very great to locate the front desk towards the main entrance and the most front line to welcome guest. The FO team need to perform the most professional and consistently services. Especially the cold weather, they keep a good image to maintain professional. The shuttle bus driver was nice to take care us every evening back to hotel. For the room reservation, we selected the room with beautiful view Sakurajima and i could enjoy my drip coffee myself to see the sun raise. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Hotel Kyocera is probably one of the largest hotel in Kirishima. It has two buildings ( main and annex) and looks quite good architecturally. They are connected by a bridge on the 3 floor which has the walking escalator- and a display of the various places that have been listed as world heritage sites in Japan. Inside the main building, there is a glass church which is ideal for weddings. In the basement, there is a large onsen, and spa. It is certainly a good place for having a holiday. The overall condition of the rooms are good- and the rooms are of good size. My room faces the East and has a perfect view of sunrise! 새로 리뉴얼 되어진 호텔입니다. 타카치호산의 뷰가 장엄하게 보이는 호텔입니다 공기가 너무 좋고 호텔 컨디션도 깨끗하고 침구류가 좋았습니다. 조식 석식이 너무 만족스러웠는데 음료구성이 조금 아쉬웠네요. 대욕장도 넓어서 여유있게 이용했는데 생각보다 큰 남자아이들을 여탕에 많이 데리고 와서 조금 불편했습니다 ^^;; 대체적으로 만족하고 이용했어요 !!

I love the three private onsen. They are on first come first serve basis without reservation needed. People mostly will finish their session within 45mins basically so I have the chance to try all three private rooms. They all have good views and allow group of 2-5 people basically. The interior design is magnificent and gorgeous. One of the room even can gaze stars directly from the onsen tub. My stay here is comfortable. Didn't have the chance to try the onsen in room. The breakfast is Japanese and Western style. Taste good and look very appetizing. The view from the restaurant is beautiful either. Will definitely recommend adding the breakfast buffet but note that the time for breakfast is 07:00-09:30 (L.O. 09:00) if you're not an early bird.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel management was excellent, and the room was in great condition. I want to give a special mention to Miss Gotanda 五反田, who guided me after check-in. Her detailed explanations and warm smile set a positive tone even before I checked in. The hotel's hot spring overlooks Sakurajima volcano, enjoy hot spring while watching the sunrise was a truly delightful experience. I will definitely come back again next time.

客室に生花があるのが珍しいです。ホテルの大浴場ですが、男性の方は改装したようでとても清潔です。ただぢ、夜は23時に終わってしまうので、もう少し遅く営業して欲しいです。夕食を館内のレストランで刺身定食をいただきました。ボリュームも味も良かったのですが、肝心の刺身が小さくて残念でした。朝食ですが、さつま揚げ、カルパッチョが絶品です。カルパッチョは夕食以上に大きな刺身でした。ここの朝食はグレードが高いと思います。

the perfect remote place for onsen and sand bath relaxing treatment, fantastic rooms in Japanese style with all facility, great service twice daily, onsen bath with sea-side view at 5th floor of the hotel... restaurants and shops inside the hotel, bicycle available, restaurants and supermarkets in the near of the hotel, friendly hotel staff - just incedible nice and helpful !

This is the most expensive hotel I stay in my 8 days trip in Kagoshima, however, the quality of the hotel, whether in terms of the hardware or software, does not match with the price. The most astonishing thing is I was told I need to set the bed by myself as that is not included in the hotel service of my room type and I was never informed when I placed my booking. Really beyond my understanding of the basic service of a proper hotel.

Det pågick renoveringar på diverse ställen, så bland annat saunaavdelningen kunde inte användas.  Man fick bara en flaska vatten, enbart första dagen av tre. Jag bad städerskor om en flaska vatten, delvis för att de inte behövde städa mitt rum, men de sade att det bara ingick en flaska första dagen. På grund av detta valde jag att äta mina 3 luncher i andra restauranger än resortens, plus att jag hyrde motorcykel på annat ställe. Det medförde en förlust på minst 15 000 Y för resorten, då lunch kostar minst 3000 Y gånger 3 och motorcykel minst 6000 Y. Tänk vad en flaska vatten per dag kunde ha gett i mer förtjänst.
