Spa İçeren Kagoşima ili, Japonya Otelleri

Great location. From our room we could actually see the island of Sakurajima. Concurrent location to drive around the city. There are plenty of carparks around the hotel and also within it's own carpark. The front desk esp, Mr Tanimura, who checked us in when we arrived late. He was most helpful n friendly. Her made us feel very welcomed with his warm & friendly personality. Also, the ferry terminal is just next to the hotel. From our balcony we could actually see loading & unloading of the ferries.

Everything from the room, the spa, breakfast and the surrounding area was good. The city view and sakurajima view were stunning. There’s a shuttle going to and from downtown. The checkin experience was no good - long queue and not clear to foreigners.

Hotel Kyocera is probably one of the largest hotel in Kirishima. It has two buildings ( main and annex) and looks quite good architecturally. They are connected by a bridge on the 3 floor which has the walking escalator- and a display of the various places that have been listed as world heritage sites in Japan. Inside the main building, there is a glass church which is ideal for weddings. In the basement, there is a large onsen, and spa. It is certainly a good place for having a holiday. The overall condition of the rooms are good- and the rooms are of good size. My room faces the East and has a perfect view of sunrise! 客室に生花があるのが珍しいです。ホテルの大浴場ですが、男性の方は改装したようでとても清潔です。ただぢ、夜は23時に終わってしまうので、もう少し遅く営業して欲しいです。夕食を館内のレストランで刺身定食をいただきました。ボリュームも味も良かったのですが、肝心の刺身が小さくて残念でした。朝食ですが、さつま揚げ、カルパッチョが絶品です。カルパッチョは夕食以上に大きな刺身でした。ここの朝食はグレードが高いと思います。

Поехала на денек понежиться в источниках и подышать горным воздухом ！прекрасный онсен есть горячие и теплые ванны 、которые очень расслабляют  и дают сил на завтра 、банные принадлежности прекрасного качества и дорогого аромата 、стильный и  шикарный фен для волос RE-Fa！шведский стол был разнообразен местной кухней 、особенно удивил ассортимент самими ！сотрудники было вкусно

Amazing hotel in Kagoshima, the room window is directly facing the Sakurajima volcano. Mesmerising to look at it for sunrise and sunset. The hot spring spa is also great, and the restaurants are also super good quality. Highly recommended.

フロントのスタッフの方々の対応はとても丁寧で、1階レストランの方や清掃の方も気持ちの良い挨拶でしたし、また子どもにも優しく声かけをしてくださり接客に非常に好感が持てました！ レストランのご飯も朝夕どちらも和食で量がしっかりあって味も美味しく、刺身は身がぷりぷりしていて最高でした！鹿児島ならではの食材が多くて、その地域のご飯を食べるのが旅の醍醐味だよなぁ…と嬉しさを噛み締めながら完食しました(*´꒳`*) そしていおワールド水族館・桜島フェリー乗り場までも徒歩圏内、５分ほど歩けばファミリーマートと路面電車の電停に着くので、立地面でも非常に良いホテルだと思います！(^^) ただ、どうしても建物と設備の古さが気になってしまって…。やや潔癖気味な方はモヤモヤするかもしれません。 客室内のユニットバスは一見とても綺麗なんですが、バスの壁の境目？ちょうど水が当たる部分のサビなのかカビなのかはたまた隙間なのか…黒い汚れのように見えて少し気になってしまいました。そして玄関扉のドアガードの根元が壊れていて内側からロックが出来ませんでした。 一番残念だったのは大浴場です。脱衣所に入っての一言目は『え？大？浴場？？？』となるくらい狭かったです(^^;) 3列×5〜6段ほどの棚にカゴが10数個ありました。加えて、気持ち程度の洗面台と幅1メートルほどの靴棚がありますが、あの中で大人3人以上が着替え始めると狭くて汗だく必至です。おそらく脱衣所は6畳もないほどかと。 浴場もシャワーは5台、ㄱの字型に配置されているのでとても狭く、隣の方のお湯がめちゃくちゃ掛かります。そしてどうしても無理だったのが備え付けのリンスインシャンプーとボディーソープのボトルです(；ω；)黒カビが生えてて触りたくなくて、ゆっくりお湯に浸かりたかったですが色んな部分がそわそわと気になってしまって3分ほどで上がりました…。そして着替え中に大人2人が入って来たので脱衣所がぎゅうぎゅうになって汗が引くどころかさらに大汗をかくことになり、着替えもそこそこに部屋へ戻りました…。夏場の浴場であれは辛いです(；ω；) サービスとロケーションは文句無しの星5(むしろ星が足りないくらい)なんですが、清潔度・設備とアメニティに関してはこちらの評価にさせていただきます…。 家族旅行で利用するよりは、1人でぷらっと泊まるのに適しているかな？と思いました！

This is the most expensive hotel I stay in my 8 days trip in Kagoshima, however, the quality of the hotel, whether in terms of the hardware or software, does not match with the price. The most astonishing thing is I was told I need to set the bed by myself as that is not included in the hotel service of my room type and I was never informed when I placed my booking. Really beyond my understanding of the basic service of a proper hotel.

鹿児島随一の繁華街である天文館より徒歩３分の立地にあるシティホテルです。 今回お部屋はシングルルームでしたが、都心部のシングルルームより少し広い気がしました。 バスルームは安定のユニットバス。 しかし、特筆すべき事項として「人工温泉完備」です。 入浴時間は６：００～９：００と１６：００～２４：００ タオルは自室から持っていくスタイルですが、楽しませていただきました。 また、アメニティ類は客室完備で連泊の方は毎回ベッドメイクが入ります。 5,000円台で泊まらせていただきましたがトップクラスのコスパの良さだと思います。 ホテル出てすぐのところにコンビニがあるのもいいですね。 駐車場の位置は少しわかりにくいですが、表通りから一つ裏に入ったところにあります。 一泊当たり1,100円で出し入れは自由です。ただし、機械式立体駐車場のため入庫できる車種が限られる可能性がありますのでご注意を 全体的に満足できるホテルでした。 鹿児島市内に泊まるときはリピートしたいと思います。

Its a good place as a onsen resort hotel. The onsens are really good. The food is so so but they provide free flow ramen and ice-pop at night as supper and snack. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. There is a private onsen tub at the balcony of our room. It is so nice to enjoy it in the breezy spring. It will be better if you have own car to stay here. There do not have much choice of public transport direct to the hotel. But hotel staffs are also helpful to assist you to grab a taxi to any scenic spots nearby. The taxi drivers are all very nice. Even they can not speak english well, they tried very best to drive slowly when we pass by beautiful sakura park and use simple english to introduce few scenic places. The hotel limousine provided us one way when we arrived the jingu station and one way when we checked out from the hotel to jingu for free. I like their service and have great stays here!
