"Great thing about this hotel is less than 5 min walk to the Subway station Line 1. And you can pay 11 RMB to get yourself to the airport with minimal walking. The room is quite standard, clean and nothing to complain. The surprising thing is that even I am on the 17th floor the sound of traffic below is quite audible. So expect some noises or move to upper floor if you can. Beware if you would like to come back to the hotel at 5PM the traffic can be bad. The location is not ideal if you want to surround yourself with restaurants but there are some around which required some walking."

"Konaklama çok iyi yapılmış. Kolay erişim, Chuanxi Yolu İstasyonu'ndan E1 çıkışından çıkın ve Malai yolunun karşısına doğru düz yürüyün. Düz yürümeye devam edin. İncelemeye göre sol tarafta küçük bir bahçe göreceksiniz, oradan sağa dönün. Alt katta bir meyve dükkanı olacak. Yukarı çıkın ve 3. kattaki daireye giriş yapın. Odanın pek iyi olmadığını düşünüyoruz. Küf kokusu vardı ama yatak ve battaniye iyiydi. Yumuşak ve uyumak için rahattı."

"Loved the ******* aesthetic in this hostel. All wooden, felt like a rustic cabin. Staff were helpful, can help you with organising hikes etc. The common area is really cosy, bathrooms are clean and have hot water. Dorms are good enough, mattresses a little hard but that’s ok."

"We stayed at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li for five nights and had an overall very pleasant experience. The service was a highlight of our stay. Both the housekeeping team and front desk staff were consistently polite, professional, and helpful. We especially appreciated the late checkout granted to us at 2pm, which made our departure smoother. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to the vibrant Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li area, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city. Breakfast was generally good, with an acceptable variety of options. It can get quite crowded during peak hours, but this can be easily avoided by going about 20 minutes before the breakfast service ends. On a few occasions, the croissants and bread were a little hard and did not seem as fresh, but overall the selection was still satisfactory. One minor drawback was the centrally controlled air conditioning, which made the room warmer than we would have preferred. However, the hotel promptly provided a fan, which helped improve comfort significantly and made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, despite a few small areas for improvement, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting Chengdu."

"The hotel is really well located. right by the river and within walking distance of the entrance to The Giant Buddha. The room is ok, quite large with a view of the river, but everything is a bit worn. The staff is not very welcoming and it is a shame because it would have made the experience much better."

"Oda çok şirin ve yatak inanılmaz rahattı! Ayrıca pencerelerden şehrin manzarası da çok güzeldi! Konum, Luomashi tren istasyonunun E çıkışına 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Çamaşır makinesi vardı ama çalışmıyordu. Yıkanacak pek bir şeyim olmadığı için onlarla iletişime geçmedim, ancak sizin için gerekliyse, odanızda çalışan bir çamaşır makinesi olup olmadığını önceden kontrol etmenizi öneririm. Keşke gelmeden önce bana oteli nasıl bulacağıma dair daha fazla yol tarifi içeren bir mesaj gönderselerdi çünkü onları aramadan önce alışveriş merkezinde bir süre dolaştım ve İngilizce konuşan yerel bir kişi bana yardım teklif etti! Çok şükür! Giriş işlemleri hala biraz kafamı karıştırıyor çünkü görevli beni farklı bir yoldan yönlendirdi ama geç geldiğim ilk geceden sonra kullandığım giriş, R&F alışveriş merkezinin Shangsheng Caddesi tarafında, yürüyen merdivenin yanında ve bir otel/turist merkezi lobisinden (sanırım) geçiyordu ve asansörler sağ taraftaydı; otel 20. kattaydı."

"I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers."
