Friendly staff , tranquil environment,suggested staff to be better equipped with English communication skills so as to accommodate tourists , overall experience is great!

Second time I have stayed here. Great hotel, right beside the station. The hotel itself may seem a little outdated but it is very cozy. It is a 10 minute walk to a main street filled with restaurants and bars. About 5 minutes walk to the bus depot if you need to get to the sand dunes. Staff were very nice and polite and helpful

I have chosen a Japanese style standard room. Very spacious and 👍🏼 nice. staff are very kindness and helpful. Plenty of common areas are feel free to take a rest and Onsen is also great!👍🏼

非常好的體驗非常好的酒店。 1）有班車接送到倉吉車站（提前電話預約）； 2）英語溝通方便； 3）服務有禮真誠； 4）有私湯（很美，需前台約，收費非常合理，我們訂了2小時非常舒服） 5）晚餐有松葉蟹； 適合休閑輕鬆的一泊二食。

We really enjoyed our stay there. The location is unbeatable, every spot is within walkable distance. The room is clean and spacious enough. We also like the onsen. The staff is also helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Jaccuzi & open bath are very well. The Hotel gave me a birthday present in the 1st mail when they knew that it's my birthday trip. Will re-visit again.

倉吉站南口一出站，過馬路即可抵達飯店；飯店服務人員親切有禮，旅館設施乾淨整潔，方便旅行者的是隔日一早退房時，詢問行李是否可以提供過夜寄存服務？服務人員沒有任何遲疑，立即點頭表示可以；這個服務方便了我們接下來前往三朝溫泉的行程規劃，隔日從三朝溫泉返抵倉吉，繼續其他行程。針對這一個服務就可以給出五顆星。👍

The hotel is a Japanese traditional onsen ryokan. We were happy to stay here because our room has 2 twin beds as well as tatami beds provided. It has a very pleasant balcony overlooking the Japanese garden. Although the onsen is small, it is clean and well nanaged. We enjoyed our stay very much.

酒店名翻譯有問題。Kaike=かいけ=皆生，這是怎麼能翻譯成凱科的？ JR米子站前坐皆生温泉中心方向的公交車，300日元坐到底，背對全家便利店走兩分鐘即到。走推薦的博勞町會很慘。打車估計在2000左右。 這家分東西兩樓，Check In在東樓，有地下通道連接，但西樓電梯不到地下一樓，泡温泉需爬到一樓再坐電梯上二樓。 這家温泉是我在日本晃蕩到現在，唯一一家敢在大浴場鋪木地板的。水質也很好，和熱海那邊一樣的鹹味，浸入水中的肢體會泛一種銀光。 且一拉開大浴場的門，別家一般是過道或者小隔間，它家則會直接面對那個狹長的浴池，水汽繚繞，觀感非常好。室外温泉可以直接看到海。 但是它家的冰塊居然要錢，110日元一杯。 都到這裏了想必也是要去足立美術館的，很遺憾走JR米子→安來的車非常少，其中絕大多數是要額外花錢買特急券的，這段打車需要3000日元。要去足立美術館還得謹慎考慮，比如住安來站附近。

Hotel is quite old style and not enough electric plug for charging. Breakfast is quite good and parking is available. The most unpleasant feeling is warm room setting fixed in the air-con and thus very hot in the room even at night time. The temperature in Yonago in April is 27 degree.
