Yoğun kar yağışı olmadığı sürece kayak merkezinde çok az insan var. Otelde birçok restoran var, akşam yemeği için rezervasyon yaptırmanız gerekiyor, lezzeti güzel. Birinci katta ücretsiz kayak dolapları bulunmaktadır. Dost tavsiyesi, kendi ayakkabı ve tahtalarınızı getirmeye çalışın.Kayak merkezinin kiraladığı ayakkabılar çok bol ve tahtalar ağır ve sert.

1. There’s pickup and dropoff for Echigo stn  2. No shoes allowed beyond the hotel entrance 3. Front desk have a local Japanese staff that can speak English. Pretend to be nice not. Anything else , he will tell you don’t know. Go find yourself. Besides selling tickets that he will earn money. You’ll get no information from him 4. 1st day check-in, my in room hot spring tub is slimy n dirty stained wil algae. I scrub a lot out and took video. Same Japanese man came and nothing. Till I show him the algae I’ve scrub and the video, he kept quiet. Housekeeping do scrub off within 30mins 5. Breakfast is same everyday 6. Dinner, slight changes but still 99% same. 7. Child meal is hopeless.  Stayed for 5nights, same meals daily.  8. Want to bring a cake to dinner to celebrate my Daughters Birthday, we were forbidden to do so. Nothing besides what they bring to you.  9. Onsen was good 10. Basic ice cream treats.  11. Simple ramen in the evening Hotel is too rigid. It’s really expensive during our visits. The rules at dining and the same meals daily, it’s unbearable. Kids have nothing much to eat For the price, I’ll not stay in this rigid property. Many other Ryokan resort for lesser price and better options. It’s not ski in ski out and yet price are too high.

Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion. Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out. Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk. Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western. Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

Property is set in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Very clean and modern. Well maintained after its renovation. There are plenty of free parking space. Room is big but unfortunately without shower/bath - a big negative for the property. There are two common showers for the whole hotel which must be busy during peak seasons. I recommend the hotel especially during off peak season when you can use the public showers. Otherwise you have to use the bathing facilities in the onsen.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. It was quite a walk to the sightseeing spots so we had to go to the station to catch a loop bus. The hotel was clean and has nice onsen. It's convenient that Dormy Inn provides drinks or even noodles and icecreams. The rooms are not big though.

第二次入住這家酒店，上次衹住了一天，這次住兩天，9月算是淡季，提前兩天連訂比臨時分開一天一天預訂還貴了人民幣五百元，這家酒店非常挑天氣，如果一連幾天陰雨和暴雨天建議取消，我第一天到大雨能見度很低，窗外霧濛濛連樹都看不見，體驗就很差了，由於濕度過大房間還有一點臭味，沒有美景加持就暴露房間短板，空調聲音太大，馬桶沖水很難用。地毯太舊，第二天天晴了，一切又美好起來，前台買了纜車票酒店會送到纜車站，山頂非常美，空氣清新，回程請纜車站工作人員打電話給酒店，同一家的，十多分鐘車就來了．餐廳有三個，可以吃早餐的有兩個，一個自助，另一個西式套餐，自助的品種多口味好，套餐的口味一般但風景優美，我定的含早晚餐，晚餐都是白樺，選懷石料理就行品質很好，適合國人口味，第二天加錢選的特別懷石料理很難吃，調味加了大量的糖，吃得人難受，服務是一流的。不含餐辦入住時也可以預訂，吃沒問題，周邊無餐廳無便利店，這次還去了香澄瀑布，路不好走，瀑布也很小可不去，在酒店花園逛一下就行。温泉很好值得體驗，酒店在妙高高原一定提前郵件預約接站，無公交少出租，車程十五分鐘左右。

Бронировала шестиместный номер для 2 человек чтобы было большое пространство в итоге смошенничали и дали маленький номер . Не рекомендую

員工服務非常之好，非常之專業。 酒店有租用滑雪用品，比滑雪場和其他的滑雪用品店便宜。 在酒店買滑雪票，也有折扣優惠。 還有專車接送，當你看見所有人都在排長龍等巴士的時候，你的專車已經在門口等你，在落雪的時候，份外感到溫暖。 步行至越後湯沢站和7-11只是5分鐘的路程。

The location is a bit far but parking is convenient; better to drive there; hot spring is recommended.
