Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion. Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out. Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk. Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western. Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

This is our 3rd week of 4 weeks exploring Japan and so far Yuzawa Grand is the best Ryokan Onsen experience we have had. We could have spent several days there it was sublime. We arrived in the morning and the staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We had been told by the tourist centre at the train station that the gondola wasn’t operational for 3 days; however the Yuzawa Receptionist assured us that it was operating and showed us that they were even able to sell us tickets at a discount. She gave us a map and bus timetable, showing us where everything was. They stored our backpacks for us and off we went exploring and had a marvellous time. We soaked our feet in the foot baths while having a treat before catching the bus to the mountains. We came back to our gorgeous room which had a coffee pod machine in it. Was so nice having a coffee in the morning looking out the window. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful Onsens before dinner. The buffet at both dinner and breakfast was incredible, everything so beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. The staff are fantastic and the ambiance very peaceful.

Super helpful staff, very clean rooms, location is also fantastic (if you drive). Will definitely stay at Tabino again for my next Sado trip.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. It was quite a walk to the sightseeing spots so we had to go to the station to catch a loop bus. The hotel was clean and has nice onsen. It's convenient that Dormy Inn provides drinks or even noodles and icecreams. The rooms are not big though.

標準日式温泉酒店，包早晚餐，建議提早前台預約兩津港接送。我推行李箱走半小時沒問題。房間有冰箱，保險箱，廁所與浴缸。附近走10分有羅森。佐渡衹有羅森，沒全家與7-11。這次旅行我很滿意。還想再來

Love the private hot spring onsen! Will definitely go back again! Staff were nice and helpful too! When we checkout they offered a ride to the station! Saved us walking in the rain with heavy luggages. Location is good, only a few mins walk to the station and has a few restaurants nearby. If renting the ski or snowboard stuff, also a few mins walk to these local shops.

夫婦と小学生子ども2人で行きました。 昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、 とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。 また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。 また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。 追伸 朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。 子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。 ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。

有點歷史的旅館，保養得很好，房間很大，可感受日本榻榻米的感覺，大浴場也很舒服。離彌彥神社及彌彥山纜車都很近，一定要再玩玩。只可惜晚上的街道比較靜，要提早吃晚飯，離便利店也比較遠，不過有準備要接受到過鄉下式生活就沒問題了。

Yoğun kar yağışı olmadığı sürece kayak merkezinde çok az insan var. Otelde birçok restoran var, akşam yemeği için rezervasyon yaptırmanız gerekiyor, lezzeti güzel. Birinci katta ücretsiz kayak dolapları bulunmaktadır. Dost tavsiyesi, kendi ayakkabı ve tahtalarınızı getirmeye çalışın.Kayak merkezinin kiraladığı ayakkabılar çok bol ve tahtalar ağır ve sert.

The hotel is about 10mins walk from the Yuzawa Station but there’s no shuttle bus service. All staff are friendly and helpful, except one young guy who never wants to help you to solve problems. There’re karaoke and game room for kids and families. There’s also private hot bath available for those who don’t want to go to the public bath. But for those with luggages, the hotel has no regular luggage storage after check out. They can only keep your luggage until 1pm on the day of check out.
