I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around, and the room was spotlessly clean and spacious. What truly stood out was the exceptional service; the staff were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms ideal for families. We are a couple with two children and have been here 3 times. They recently added a free soda machine at the lobby downstairs. Will be back for sure. Thank you!

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, oda temiz ve rahattı. Otel biraz eskimiş görünse de, bu genel deneyimi etkilemedi. We were there two nights waiting to get on a cruise ship. We didn’t use any hotel restaurants or other facilities. Check in was easy and the staff at the front desk throughout our stay were fantastic, very helpful and efficient. The hotel was very convenient to Chinatown, the waterfront and the subway. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located. It is a traditional Japanese hotel with a lot of facilities. It is very beautiful, particularly the garden which is big and serene. The hot spring having both indoor and outdoor pools is impressive. The dining experience is fantastic because the setting is cosy and the food is extremely delicious. The mattresses, neither too soft, nor too hard, are very comfortable.

Very modern Japanese hotel. It is quite new as it is refurbished 2 years ago. Very clean and the onsen in the hotel is very modern. They offer another onsen which is opposite the hotel, which is much bigger but older. Room is small but adequate enough with everything supplied. Free parking and outside is the bus stop for those taking public bus. Overall hotel is great but abit pricy.

Booked with private onsen - best part of the hotel! The public onsen was never busy when we went and perfectly enjoyable. The nearby one that guests have access too offers more onsen options and is worth the 3 minute walk over. As others say, the buffet isn’t great. Most food is cold - so pick options you expect to be so (sushi etc) for the best option. The service was very good and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Big hotel with decent good size rooms right next to Yokohama train station which is directly corrected by an underpass. The breakfast is excellent with many varieties and tasty. I shall definitively stay here again when opportunities arise.
