Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was of excellent quality, particularly the cremant. Location in the heart of the old quarter cannot be beat. We were given the room on the ground floor, ideal for people with heavy luggage. Noise was not a problem in mid-March. Would love to stay here again.

Une nuit passée dans un Magnifique château. Réservé une chambre sur le mi-chemin à la destination. Un château au 17eme siècle mais la commodité n’est pas démodée du tout. C’est bien calm et on entend même pas de bruit de voisins.
Par contre le Petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux et est moins varié par rapport au prix.
Les personnels sont très aimables.
Le prix de plat dans le restaurant qui pique les yeux mais ça le vaut. Visitez en amoureux à l’occasion pour fêter

Konaklamamı çok sevdim. Oda güzeldi; sadece yatak başlığında estetik açıdan hoş görünen birkaç yırtık olması üzücüydü. Personel çok misafirperverdi ve hizmetleri iyi anlattı. Otelin imza masajı olan bir bakım yaptırdım. Çok iyiydi ve oda çok rahatlatıcıydı. Varışta size küçük, ücretsiz bir karşılama çantası veriliyor. Odanızın her gün temizlenmesini istemiyorsanız, sabahları kapı koluna küçük bir sürpriz koyuyorlar, bunu gerçekten çok beğendim.
Bu oteli arkadaşlarıma ve aileme tavsiye edeceğim çünkü çok memnunum.

We had a wonderful stay at The Loisium. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The spa was incredible with heated outdoor pool; two saunas (at different temperatures) and Hamman.
The food was fabulous- all sourced locally and the wine is spectacular!
Would recommend this to anyone who wants to break up a journey travelling back to the UK as it’s around 3hrs from Eurotunnel

酒店距火車站不近但很好找，住城中前往景點還是狠便利的，距南錫美術館亦近。房間不算小但很冷，去時暖空調打不開，衹能穿着羽絨服………

We loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Our room was lovely and we appreciated the complimentary water and the little treats left during turn down service. The hotel is a short walk from the pretty town centre and we loved the spa. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and very high quality food, all served with a smile. We’ll definitely be back, thank you.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

AAnonim KullanıcıAs a family of 3 we don’t have many options jn Strasbourg. Most designer properties only accommodate 2 in one room. Good sized, modern rooms by European standards. Efficient, lovely housekeeping staff. Walking distance to Strasbourg old town and train station. A comfortable stay with all the usual amenities of a four star property.

It was the first time I have been to Strasbourg and the 3rd time to France and I loved it. The most helpful and friendly staff absolutely wonderful place. The only disappointment was the gym, we are avid gym goers but we walked plenty to make up for it!!

Mmiss banzaiLoved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.

EEl_Guapo_ColombianoThis place is amazing. Excellent customer service. About 15 minutes to Colmar and 30 minutes to Strausberg. We went during Christmas and it is a great place to stay as a home base to the different christmas markets in the area. We enjoyed the common area with pool table and played games with other guest staying at the hotel. Free Parkimg is just a few meters away from the entrance down a hill in a big lot. We enjoyed the spa area and daily breakfast. They will make eggs on request. We will be back in the spring to visit more local wineries. Thank you.
