The hotel package I paid is included free parking, free drinks with appetizer, free drinks with dessert, free mini bar and breakfast. The breakfast has 2 choices, japanese style or buffet style. We had the japanese style and it was suprisingly good with a spectacular view of the Nakajima Park with the fall foliage vibe. The room service is superb as well. We strongly recommend it to others.

Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it.

This looks like a higher-tiered hotel, but the amenities they provided were sorely lacking. For example, they did not provide any lotion or emulsion or essence in the room or at the reception desk. And for the razor and hairbrush, they were chargeable. Even the onsen was chargeable too. I thought the onsen should be included in the stay. My child and I used it for three times and I had to pay more than 5,000 yen.

Room is very clean and short 7mins walk to integrated Sapporo JR station, subway (Namboku and Toho line) and bus terminal. The hotel also upgraded me to a more comfortable double bed room which is kind of standard for all the places I have travelled. Amenities are always replenished unlike some hotels which don’t provide. Staff are very polite. I don’t know how many times I have bowed in return. Also, although the room is facing JR railway, the sound insulation is very good - no disturbance from train movement. Buffet breakfast is also very good with all kinds of sushi such as blow fish, flat fish, blue crab miso soup, ramen, Mongolian bbq mutton Jingkisukan, and even sparkling wine. I would stay here again if come to Sapporo.

I love this hotel. The location is exceptional, I regret not staying here for my whole Sapporo trip! The room is very nice, clean, warm, quiet, they have everything you need. The breakfast is a must-add, the seafood was so good, everyday I ate so much I didn’t need to have lunch and I didn’t have to visit Nijo Market hahahaha

I booked this ryokan last minute because I had to cancel my Hakodate trip due to the earthquake and tsunami warning. It turned out to be the best possible alternative! I really loved two things about this place: the incredible Onsen and the prime location. The onsen is, without a doubt, the biggest I've tried in Japan, with more than seven beautifully maintained indoor and outdoor pools. One major plus is that the baths are open for extremely long hours—from 5 AM until 1 AM. If you have a change of plans or delays due to weather, you can always head to the onsen to fully relax and unwind. If you go just before sunset, you can even see a spectacular view of Hell Valley from the onsen. The location couldn't be better; it's just minutes away from Hell Valley. I highly recommend going at night for an evening stroll to experience the ”Path of Demon Fire”—it’s basically a path lit up with small lanterns, creating a really unique and spooky vibe. The hotel also offers a discounted price and provides a free shuttle to the Bear Park—a definite must-go, especially with all the snow!

While it's located a little way from the city center, this hotel is conveniently situated just 15 minutes from Hakodate Airport and is very close to the Yunokawa Onsen tram stop, making access to the downtown area quite easy. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and satisfying, though not exceptionally fancy. Additionally, I attended a banquet, and the cuisine served there was of an even higher quality. The staff were consistently polite and attentive, which made for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. The real highlight, however, is the onsen (hot spring). Being able to take a relaxing soak until 1:00 AM and again from 5:00 AM in the morning is a fantastic feature that allows you to fully enjoy the hot spring experience. Although it is on the pricier side, this hotel offers an experience that is well worth the cost. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special and memorable trip.

Love the modernistic look of the room. Excellent location because is so near the seafood market. Car park is next to the hotel and it’s free parking. Need to exchange for the exit ticket and it’s open air car parking. We like the microwave, induction cooker, bowls, plates and simple area to warm up food.

I stayed here for five days and four nights. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The mountain view from the window was breathtaking. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located right next to the famous Nakajima Park, and the snowy scenery there was absolutely beautiful. It’s also very close to the Nakajima Koen subway station, which made getting around easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Cleanliness was so so, food for dinner was great. Breakfast was repetitive. Welcome drink was nice.  Service staff in restaurant and cafe 👍..
