Goed basis hotel. Verzorgd. Weinig in de buurt en dus savonds niet veel te doen. Wij hadden wel slechte wifi die maar geen verbinding wou maken. Voor de rest aanrader als tussenstop.

Mirroir dans le salle de bain pas pratique et manque de lumière pour ses toilettes.
Idem dans la chambre.
Télé se éteint tout les 10 minutes, c’est très énervant.

The hotel was really nice, location great! Lovely breakfast with a lot to choose from and all delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

je devais prendre la chambre à 16 h mais personne a la réception il a fallu que j’attente 45 mn pour récupérer ma clés de chambre de plus hôtel très vieillissant plusieurs petits problèmes mais rien de grave je ni retournerai plus c sur

Отель чистый, удобно расположен черед дорогу от пляжа. Но в номере отсутствуют темные шторы, поэтому проснулись с рассветом. Также присутствует шум от дороги, которая проходит между отелем и пляжем. Особенно утром, когда проезжают грузовики и останавливаются для разгрузки. Завтрак вкусный (присутствует даже копчёный лосось).

Très content de la personne qui gère cet hôtel et qui à su être à mon écoute, en effet un problème au moment de récupérer la chambre, le code de réservation était pas valide, j'ai donc demander assistance, et là surprise il me fallait payer la chambre pour avoir le code qui me permettais d'accéder à l'hôtel, hors cette chambre était déjà payer via Trip.com, avec preuve à l'appuis puisque que Trip.com avait prélever la somme sur Paypal et que la somme était aussi retiré sur mon compte de banque, bref si la personne qui s'occupe de cet hôtel ne m'avait proposé une alternative, et bien j'aurais du dormir dans ma voiture, alors je ne connais pas son prénom mais je l'en remercie encore. pour de ce qui est de l'hotel je le recommande, en plein centre ville avec parking souterrain grader, hôtel très propre, spacieux au niveau de la chambre, et literie confortable, personnel au top rien à rajouté.

Salle de bain minuscule plus petit que mon placard chez moi 😂 chambre pour 3 personnes trop petite aucune place pour bouger .. vous pouvez trouver mieux pour le même prix ... première classe...il y a que le nom .. le reste c est 4 ème classe

KKiMMI911The room was excellent, the staff was polite and provided great service, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The room was new and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was simple but of average quality. I will definitely come back again.

MMisafir KullanıcıOutst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

(It takes about 20 minutes on foot from the train station, the map app is not accurate, and there are many obstacles such as stairs, so it can be difficult and take a lot more time.) It takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to the Comedy Square. ＜Facility＞ It is not fancy, but it is equipped with almost all facilities, and there is also a bathtub, terrace, kitchen and tableware. The room is also large, and the common space is also large. (Gowns and slippers are not provided.) ＜Service＞ actively trying to help, and are very friendly. The room is clean, and they do not require a deposit or cleaning. There is a 24-hour front desk, and you can drink coffee and tea for free in the common area. ＜Price＞ It is cost-effective. ＜Comprehensive＞ It is perfect for practicality.

AAng_ieWe stayed at Hôtel Golf Fontcaude for more than a week during winter, and overall, it left a very clear impression of being well maintained and thoughtfully equipped.
The first thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. The rooms, common areas—everything felt spotless and well cared for. That sense of cleanliness immediately made the stay more comfortable and reassuring.
The hotel is also well equipped, especially with the many rooms featuring a kitchenette. For a longer stay like ours, this made a huge difference. Being able to prepare simple meals and settle into a routine gave the place a practical, almost apartment-like feel.
That said, staying there in winter came with one small drawback. The floor was quite cold, and without carpet, it was noticeable—especially in the mornings. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s something worth knowing if you’re visiting during the colder months.
Overall, Hôtel Golf Fontcaude felt clean, functional, and well suited for longer stays, particularly if you value space and self-catering. A warm pair of slippers in winter would definitely make it even better.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.

It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

For us, passing by and arriving in the town by train at a late time in the day, the location of the hotel was perfect! Less than 2 min. away from the exit of the train station. But when it comes to access to restaurants, shops and the centre of the city, there are other choices.
However, the room itself is very spacious and clean, we didn't hear much noise, and a lot of services are provided in the hotel.
The staff is welcoming and helpful. But... We were advised to go to the restaurant ”Jean” (Guinguette du Jean) not too far from the hotel; the food was not very good AND overpriced, and the wait VEEERRRYYY looonnng!!! The restaurant is interesting for its atmosphere, but I suggest you to only go there for a drink, and enjoy the decoration; for the food, go on the other side of the train station and you'll have many more (better) choices.
