C'est une excellente hotel. j'ai bien passé dans cet hotel. J'ai pris une chambre avec la douche privative, c'était trop bien . j'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est très aimable

The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

Hotel tres bien situe pres de la gare et du capitole
Chambre grande et renovee, bon lit propre, chambre climatise, seul regret la chambre est au rdc et donne sur la rue mais le rapport qualite prix est top
Manque une touche locale en termes de decoration: des cadres avec photos ou peintres ou artistes de Toulouse rajouterait un plus a cette chambre

The hotel was really nice, location great! Lovely breakfast with a lot to choose from and all delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

地點非常方便，就在火車站南面。門面很小，繞了點彎路。樓下有家樂福，吃早餐很方便。一樓電梯旁有飲水機可以免費倒水。晚上22點後前台會下班，所以進入需要按密碼。
公寓裏應有盡有，小廚房，冰箱灶台，餐具。冰箱需要確認是否通電，我沒有注意直接放了食物，第二天早上發現冰箱沒有通電。廁所比較不滿意的是沒有枱麪，不好放東西。衞生一般般，門也不能內部反鎖。相比火車站北面的酒店，它的性價比高的。
黑人前台很好，訂的四人房，來的三個人，特地告之按照人頭收税費。

Prima hotel voor op doorreis naar Spanje. Vriendelijk personeel en mooie entourage. Zwembad is heerlijk na een volle dag rijden. Locatie is qua afstand naar centrum van Nimes top alleen de locatie ligt aan een zeer drukke weg. Was het enige minpunt. Verder tophotel

Un premier contact excellent avec l établissement par téléphone puis un accueil très chaleureux par Mariem. Sans que je n' ai rien demandé, elle propose de rendre le séjour meilleur et avec un naturel qui prouve son habitude de le faire, encore merci à vous. Les lieux communs sont entièrement rénovés et très accueillants, la chambre est refaite au niveau du coin nuit. La piscine est très sympa avec toutes ses fenêtres. Petit déjeuner non testé mais qui avait l air très diversifié. Parking sécurisé pour les voitures, petite astuce faite le tour avec votre voiture et garez vous près de la porte de derrière dès que vous avez son code car devant il y a peu de place disponible.

KKiMMI911The room was excellent, the staff was polite and provided great service, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The room was new and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was simple but of average quality. I will definitely come back again.

I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

(It takes about 20 minutes on foot from the train station, the map app is not accurate, and there are many obstacles such as stairs, so it can be difficult and take a lot more time.) It takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to the Comedy Square. ＜Facility＞ It is not fancy, but it is equipped with almost all facilities, and there is also a bathtub, terrace, kitchen and tableware. The room is also large, and the common space is also large. (Gowns and slippers are not provided.) ＜Service＞ actively trying to help, and are very friendly. The room is clean, and they do not require a deposit or cleaning. There is a 24-hour front desk, and you can drink coffee and tea for free in the common area. ＜Price＞ It is cost-effective. ＜Comprehensive＞ It is perfect for practicality.

AAng_ieWe stayed at Hôtel Golf Fontcaude for more than a week during winter, and overall, it left a very clear impression of being well maintained and thoughtfully equipped.
The first thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. The rooms, common areas—everything felt spotless and well cared for. That sense of cleanliness immediately made the stay more comfortable and reassuring.
The hotel is also well equipped, especially with the many rooms featuring a kitchenette. For a longer stay like ours, this made a huge difference. Being able to prepare simple meals and settle into a routine gave the place a practical, almost apartment-like feel.
That said, staying there in winter came with one small drawback. The floor was quite cold, and without carpet, it was noticeable—especially in the mornings. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s something worth knowing if you’re visiting during the colder months.
Overall, Hôtel Golf Fontcaude felt clean, functional, and well suited for longer stays, particularly if you value space and self-catering. A warm pair of slippers in winter would definitely make it even better.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe location is either Awesome, or Ok. It depends what you plan to do in Perpignan. For us, passing by and arriving in the town by train at a late time in the day, the location of the hotel was perfect! Less than 2 min. away from the exit of the train station. But when it comes to access to restaurants, shops and the centre of the city, there are other choices.
However, the room itself is very spacious and clean, we didn't hear much noise, and a lot of services are provided in the hotel.
The staff is welcoming and helpful. But... We were advised to go to the restaurant ”Jean” (Guinguette du Jean) not too far from the hotel; the food was not very good AND overpriced, and the wait VEEERRRYYY looonnng!!! The restaurant is interesting for its atmosphere, but I suggest you to only go there for a drink, and enjoy the decoration; for the food, go on the other side of the train station and you'll have many more (better) choices.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe location was great, at the foot of the hill under La Cite, ideal for our purposes but maybe a bit of a walk from La Bastide, so it depends on the focus of your trip, La Cite vs La Bastide.
Our booking came with breakfast included, so it was very good value for that price but I'd have been unimpressed if I was paying the quoted breakfast price for what I felt was a very basic continental breakfast.
There are no facilities to speak of, and there was no atmosphere or craic when we returned in the evenings but that's ok, maybe that's just a cultural thing.
My main gripe would be that while our booking said that check-in was 3pm there was no indication on the booking that the premises are actually locked up between 1-3pm. Our flight arrival had us at the Adonis before 2pm and we had to wander around for an hour with our luggage. Not a huge inconvenience bit still a bit irritating.
Still had a fabulous trip.
