這家酒店太坑爹了，首先位置並不是很好，其次他是公寓是民宿，是需要你自己收拾衞生，然後同時還會為床單和毛巾收取很高費，一切並沒有明確的告知我們。並且在入住的時候收取了高達300歐的高昂的按金費用，而且已經過去一週了，直到今天仍然沒有退

Très bon hôtel, récent, doté de prestations et d’un personnel de grande qualité. Je recommande sans réserve.

Отель чистый, удобно расположен черед дорогу от пляжа. Но в номере отсутствуют темные шторы, поэтому проснулись с рассветом. Также присутствует шум от дороги, которая проходит между отелем и пляжем. Особенно утром, когда проезжают грузовики и останавливаются для разгрузки. Завтрак вкусный (присутствует даже копчёный лосось).

Hotel tres bien situe pres de la gare et du capitole Chambre grande et renovee, bon lit propre, chambre climatise, seul regret la chambre est au rdc et donne sur la rue mais le rapport qualite prix est top Manque une touche locale en termes de decoration: des cadres avec photos ou peintres ou artistes de Toulouse rajouterait un plus a cette chambre

위치도 적당하고 직원분도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다~ 단체손님이 있었지만 기도와 숙면에 방해를 받을 정도는 아니었습니다~

The hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears. Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.

Everything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice. One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice.

Tiene todo lo necesario y más para cocinar, descansar, etc. Solo le falta tener algún canal en español. Tienes que coger coche pero está bien ubicado y el parking es muy cómodo de utilizar, gratuito y muy seguro. El personal de recepción es amable y tiene una piscina con unas mesas y hamacas, que si te sale buen tiempo y te apetece bañarte tiene buena pinta.

The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

酒店坐落在卡爾卡松城堡內，教堂旁邊，環境優美，是家有歷史的古堡酒店。我們的奔馳商務車導航位置有點偏差，停在了河邊停車場，步行到了酒店，酒店再用小車把行李拉到酒店。冬天泳池不開放，早上可以古堡徒步。酒店花園很精緻，早餐十點一刻就結束，對度假酒店來説有點太早，晚餐需要預約，我們沒有提前預約衹能去外面吃。酒店推薦了一家旁邊餐廳，步行5分鐘，菜品很驚艷，連吃了兩頓。入住了家庭套房，有張大床和一張80公分單人床，我們入住4人，酒店免費又給我們加了一張單人床。洗浴用品都是嬌韻詩，淋浴水極大，房間內暖氣充足，入住很舒適，非常適合家庭度假。酒店工作人員非常熱情，贈送的城堡黑巧也很美味。
