Cons: - Poor public transport to / from hotel & area. - Food options are limited (hotel food or nearby 7/11). - Staffed bar (e.g., beer) only runs until 18:00 with last orders at 17:30. - Onsen doesn’t open until 15:00. Pros: - Truly in nature - Onsen is perfect. The outside area is wonderful, especially when it’s snowing - Good heating in the rooms. - Japan breakfast buffet has a diverse selection of Japanese food. - Self-service bar sells a wide range of saki until midnight. - Shamisen performance is wonderful. - Amazing shuttle bus service to main train station at 10:00 from hotel. Hotel hints: - If you need help, target a younger member of staff. We had much more success getting advice & taxi bookings with younger staff at the same desk.

The service is great and comes with subsidised car parking for 600yen per night. You can also exit and enter multiple times subject to availability when you come back. Otherwise just wait at the car park entrance until the barrier lifts. Room is standard. Nearby Food options might be limited if you are picky otherwise it’s a great stay!

the staff at reception and dining place are very professional and caring. The room facilities are very new and the onsen is brilliant. Would love to stay here again, a perfect stay.

Приезжаем второй год подряд! Номера в которых мы жили - видовые и просторные, вид из окна очень красивый. В номере есть все необходимое. Private bath очень понравился, удобно и красиво. Public bath не выглядит чем-то потрясающим, возможно сказался ремонт который делали недавно. Ничего плохого сказать не могу, но ожидания были немного выше. Самый большой плюс это персонал, спасибо большое за заботу, именно благодаря вам хочется возвращаться. Еда тоже понравилась, меню стандартного ужина немного изменилось с прошлого года. Есть большой выбор напитков.

Right in front of koriyama station with built in 7-11. Room was comfort and very clean. The coffee drip bags taste better if compared to the other hotels with the same standard.

Very Nice View Hotel Near the criff.Ocean View and Golfclub View .Room is Q Big compare to Japan Standard Room need to be more clean.Bed is Ok Food also 80 from 100 Point A nice Hot Bath Onsen with Sea View also Out Door Onsen. A lot of Parking.

渓谷の合間にある感じで景色が良かったし、スタッフの対応も良かったです。 外国からのお客様と日本人の宿泊している階を分けているのか？？部屋ではとても静かに過ごせました。18：30までウェルカムドリンクとお菓子のサービスもあります。 温泉も貸切湯もあってくつろげました。お部屋も空いているからとグレードアップして頂いて本当素敵✨✨ 良い記念日になりました。朝食はブッフェでしたが食べ物も飲み物も種類も多くて良かったです。また利用したい

Excellent hotel. Great size room. Great bed. A nice bathroom and lsuoer friendly staff. Have stayed in pricier hotels that weren’t as close as nice as this hotel. Highly recommend

Both breakfast and dinner showcase the culinary delights of Japanese cuisine, and the onsen experience is simply phenomenal. For an even more luxurious stay, opt for a room with a private onsen, or consider upgrading to a higher-priced room that includes a complimentary one-hour private onsen session.

It's a beautiful resort. Not the most easily accessible but they provide free shuttle bus from Inawashiro train station, at certain timing. The front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. And the hotel proximity is all clean. Down side is that my room was located further end of the corridor (due to the long stretch design of the resort), I have to walk very far from the lift to reach my room. And the room's air-conditioner doesn't seem to work very well, which is very hot during summer. I was told it's centralized and can't be changed. Facilities in the room/resort also seem to be quite old. But otherwise great environment
