It was a comfy 2 nights stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, quite central and just few mins with underground mall that connects to Sakae station. Room was comfy, breakfast was ok, free one cup of alcohol at night, onsen was basic, crowded when I went but still a good experience!

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

房間可以直接看到岡崎城，在餐廳吃早餐時也可以欣賞到岡崎城與周邊的美麗景色。牛筋咖喱即美味又健康，蜜瓜🍈冰淇淋也非常好吃。感謝招待🙏

寧靜盡在眼前的海景，舒適乾淨的温泉，非常適合家庭或獨自旅行的人，緊鄰竹島水族館，附近雖然不多但也有好吃的咖啡店，步道去小島和神社非常的方便，酒店很大，樓下的小商店會有三河地區的各種特產，因為是傳統的温泉酒店，每天都還有一瓶冰水提供，太貼心了。

The room was as advertised so clean with no tub. The hotspring was good. Seemed to get alot of families using them. Maybe think about a kids free time, or such its hard to zone out kids screaming. Elevators are the biggest issue, no other way up or down means thr whole hotel is constantly waiting.

朝食はメニューが豊富で、すぐに補充された。 エレベーターが一基しかないため、朝のチェックアウトや朝食時はかなり待たされる。 水回りは若干古さが見受けられたが、全体的にきれいで、使用しやすいデザインだった。シンプルで圧迫感のない室内はとても好印象だった。 10階に宿泊したのだが、お湯の温度が不安定になるときがあった。 ワイドデスクはとても使いやすく、仕事がはかどった。椅子も高さ調整ができて座りやすかった。

Plenty of parking lots for guests, the location is surrounded with plenty of restaurants, room is clean and efficient. There is complimentary breakfast and the spread was good!

一見マンションのような見た目です。（実際5階以上はマンションで、住人の方がいらっしゃるようでした。） フロントは2階にあり、1階にも2階にも椅子が多くありゆとりがあります。お部屋も1人で泊まったのでゆったり使えました。また。朝食は品数が多く、満足できました！ 一点だけ不安になったのは、大浴場の入り口。かなりオープンな作りで、中が見えちゃうのではとハラハラしました。

古い宿でしたが、部屋はとても広く清潔感がありました。 ラグーナまで、無料送迎してくれます。 行きはトゥクトゥクで送っていただき楽しかったです。
