Beware: Room 908 has broken AC! Stayed 2 nights in summer (July 12-14) with the AC set to 19°C, but the room was consistently over 25°C. The hotel only offered a fan, no upgrade (they said they were full), and zero compensation despite me paying full price. What's more, I'm incredibly disappointed that even after emailing the General Manager directly, she hasn't bothered to reply herself. This is a shocking lack of TIAD standard. Avoid this hotel if you expect functional air conditioning and proper customer service!

The room was as advertised so clean with no tub. The hotspring was good. Seemed to get alot of families using them. Maybe think about a kids free time, or such its hard to zone out kids screaming. Elevators are the biggest issue, no other way up or down means thr whole hotel is constantly waiting.

This hotel has a stylish, modern design and the room is beautifully furnished. By Japanese standards, the room is quite spacious, which is a pleasant surprise. There’s also a public bath (onsen-style) available, and a paid parking lot for added convenience. Overall, a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay.

It was a comfy 2 nights stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, quite central and just few mins with underground mall that connects to Sakae station. Room was comfy, breakfast was ok, free one cup of alcohol at night, onsen was basic, crowded when I went but still a good experience!

各階にウォーターサーバーがあり、お風呂はスーパー銭湯のミニ版って感じで、岩盤浴やサウナがあり、男湯には炭酸温泉があったそうで女湯にはなかったのが残念でした。展望台がホテルにあり眺めが最高でした。ビュッフェは良かったですがエビチリ、カレーが辛くて食べれなかった。夏休み期間中だけでもいいから子供も高齢者の人や誰でも食べれるように、メニューを考えて欲しい。ロビーや、お風呂の受付にアロマが炊いてあって良かった。子供用スリッパが欲しかった。トイレは子供用便座が欲しかった。女湯のトイレがお腹壊した人がいたのか汚かった。ドライヤーやシャワーがリファなのが良かったです。後ホテルの近くにコンビニが無いのでいるものは予め用意しておくといいです。

Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

Plenty of parking lots for guests, the location is surrounded with plenty of restaurants, room is clean and efficient. There is complimentary breakfast and the spread was good!
